At least I now know to cut the toenails off chicken feet if I ever am inclined to cook them!! However, was eating Thai chicken and coconut soup the other night and all of a sudden I yelled cause I could have sworn there was a chicken's foot in my soup (I never would have even thought it if I had not seen the show). Turns out it was just a big piece of ginger root that looked exactly like one. ;)

I kind of do agree that the iron chefs baskets seemed easier but then again the network stars were given pancake mix and made pancakes. I would have expected them to do more. I really was blown away by there Treatment of the chicken feet and the mix. I just expected more from them

I don't understand why these "globetrotting" chefs were so grossed out by chicken feet and tripe. Chicken feet is a common and popular delicacy in Chinese cuisine, especially in Dim Sum. I'm surprised they didn't know this and treated it as if it was something that just crawled out of underneath a rock. Tripe is also a popular Chinese ingredient, and is used in other ethnic cuisine from Latin America and the Caribbean.
