Personally I have a creeping feeling it will be David Cook. It might be a shock elimination. Plus he is an excellent artist and if he gets too far, he will be forced to sing songs that are popular demand, and he won't be able to sing what he wants to sing, they did the same thing to Bo Bice. But! If Cook does make it then power to him! But I'd rather see him go now and do what he wants, he's going to have an excellent career whichever place he leaves at. I love David Cook!

i think david cook will pck his bags ... david Archuleta and seysha mercado will be on the finale' ... david lacks something in most of his performances ! the tough competition lies within david and Seysha .... they both deserve to be on the american idols season7 finale' .... they both rock !

Both Davids are safe. Syesha will definitely leave tonight. She knew all along she wasn't going to win. They picked her to be a contestant. She didn't go to them.

DA is only still in this competition becuase of the little girls. DC is heads above either contestant as far as a performer. SM is the bet singer. DC should win. SM will go on to a succesful career and DA will start a succesful boy band.

The top two should be Syesha and Cook! Of course Arch has a fan club no matter how boring he sounds cuz he is young and cute. Is this a popularity contest or a talent contest? Cook should win!

I think David Archuleta will be going home.He is boring and the only reason he is still in this competition is b/c this has turned into a popularity contest.Don't get me wrong he is a good vocalist,but he brings the same thing every week(ballads).As Simon Cowell said last night,"I'm just happy you didn't sing a ballad this time.(when he sang "With You" by Chris Brown)David Cook is original and brings something new every night.Even though his lower register isn't great,he is an awesome vocalist and perform.I hope Archuleta goes home tonight,but Syesha will most likely leave,unfortunatly.

I think David Cook has been the rockin' best from day one. Love him to have the number one title....but it's more than that. He would be better off doing what he wants and what he knows his fans would like to here. He's incredibly the smartest and most talented!! Oh yeah, he's a sexy hottie!!

The comment above me;I don't get it. David Cook arrogant? that's unbelievable nonsense. You don't know the guy,he could be but he most likely is not. So you really shouldn't be saying shit about him. He is most likely a great,hardworking guy. Why would you want him to leave. There is only one answer to that question, so he can make his "own" album, showing his originality.

at randy - how the hell is david cook arrogant? Do you even know what the meaning of that word is? Because you're actually using it in the wrong context b/c David Cook has shown zero arrogance thus far. When the judges critique him with negative comments, he nods and agrees, he doesn't flip out and tell everyone he's the best. He respects other artists - ex. when he sang Music of the Night - he said he kept the arrangment the same b/c the song was already so great and legendary as it was, and he respected it. Also when he sang 'Hungry Like the Wolf' last week, they didn't like it that much and he even said before his next song, that he could have done more with it, and he knew what the judges meant and so he agreed. Maybe you should buy a dictionary and look up new vocabulary - seems like you need it. Personally, i believe it will be a David vs. David finale. As much as Syesha is fantastic, she will go b/c America will get it wrong - as it usually pans out anyway. It should be a DC and SM finale, but DA's fanbase is so god damn large and consisting of pubescent horome driven little girls and their grandmothers. Don't get me wrong, DA is a great talent - but he needs some time to mature with his image and his voice. Last night's show illustrated his one dimensional status - he's really only good at ballads.

To DC=], You obviously missed the semi final when Simon told Cook that he has no charisma and Cook shot back to Simon. That was a very uncomfortable moment for Cook. He really displayed his pride and arrogance. But then, probably he's changed. I hope his mellowness on the stage is not a show. I can say Cook is good rocker and Archuleta has the best vocal in this season.

DAAAAVIDDD COOOOOK ALL THE FRIGGGEEENN WAAAY!!!!! DAMN RIGHT! Atleast DC is actually versitile, unlike DA. Love Nugget fans (horrible name btw), prepare for an insane competition between the DAvids next week. Cook will conquer, he deserves the win. However, because America isn't that smart all the time, they'll probably get it wrong and allow DA to take the coveted spot and make all the little girls in the world happier, even if all he sings are love ballads. DAVID COOK FOR THE WIN! god, he's sexy.

David A. has got to go. I can't listen to him. He is so boring. At least Syesha and David Cook have some variations in their song choices. And please stop saying that David A. appeals to grandmas. I am a grandma with 9 grandchildren. At 55 I am actually younger than some of the rockers still preforming. I love David Cook and would bring all my grandkids, (all voting for him too by the way) to his first concert and will blast his first CD in my car...Go home David A. Grow up and stop letting Daddy pick your songs.
