As I see it, the Tailgaters is not the problem around Bragg Stadium. It' the vendors that set up shop on the main access( Perry street) in and out of the stadium. You have 15,000 people milling around outside the stadium visiting the vendor and about 5000 of that tracffic have tickets to the game. Walking or driving if they don't have a ticket they should not have access to the vendors. The police staff that you hire stand around looking around. Maybe, they should be policing the side entry and directing Game paid ticket traffic out of the stadium at night just like the do when its daylight.

Though I have not been a student on campus for almost twenty years, I recall parking in the Bragg Stadium parking lot when I commuted to campus. I understand that new parking garages/lots have been made available to students, faculty, and guests; nevertheless, I would not be surprised if if a need still exists for students to use the stadium parking lot during the week. In that case, fencing the lot does not make practical sense.
