I seen Nick Hogan's Sentence on TV but I am wondering why didn't his best friend wore a seat belt during the crash I thought every state had a seat belt law...
I think that it was too hard. His friend choose to get in the car so its jsut as much as his fault and he should have to serve 4 of the 8 months than even if half wake !!!
I hope HRC stays in no matter what, even thru the convention. It is a long time till then, and alot more information will come out. you Obama supporters, have not done your homework, check out Obamas dirty politics from his Chicago politics, This man scares the hell out of me. If he does win the nomination, I will write in HRC as a protest even if it helps Mccain, then when Obama or McCain screw this country, I can still bitch and say well I told you so, I didnt vote for either one of them. He better let Hillary at least count Florida, now not later, or NO Floridians will vote for him, and maybe not for McCain either, because everyone else has had Bush for 8 years, not including Bush Sr,but we had Jeb also down here and we have had it up to here Id love to see a poll asking how many Obama voters that have voted, would like to take their vote back. Just a taste:: http://www.theobamafile.com/ http://www.examiner.com/a-534540~Can_a_past_of_Islam_change_the_path_to_president_for_Obama_.html http://justoneminute.typepad.com/main/. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/peter-daou/every-voter-should-hear-t_b_89573.html http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24445166/ http://campaignspot.nationalreview.com/post/?q=OGRiMWFhNWY4MTgzMjI3NjEzNGQwMWFiMTlhYmRhN2Y= http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/chi-070403obama-ballot,0,1843097.story?,page=1 http://www.columbiacountyrepublicanparty.org/
Are you crazy?
While certainly what occurred was a horrendous accident, but it is important to remember that it was an accident. He had no intent to cause harm, and he should not receive a punishment as though he did. While there must be some consequence, I believe the personal issues that he will face, not the legal ones, are substantial. I believe his punishment should minimally reflect the harm of another, while focusing on what he was intently doing wrong: drag racing.
This rich spoiled little boy does not realize that he could have killed somebody. Also, just because he can afford these fast cars does not mean he knows how to drive them. He should be locked up for at least one year and have his driving privileges suspended until the age of 25.
Nick is a spoiled brat and got off easy because he is a celebrity.
Concerning Hulk Hogans son, Nick. No teenage boy should ever be given a fast race car like Nick was driving. This whole incident belongs on Nicks parents shoulders. Maggie Lunbery, Kearney, Nebr.
For the seriousness of the act, 8 months is nothing for him to serve.
The judge made the right call, 8 months for reckless driving. Any more time would be too harsh. Nick was 17, pleaded no contest, remorseful and though a terrible accident, it was an accident. Young people do stupid things, we all did at 17.
Money talks!
Every parent out there might like to believe that their son would never do what Nick did.....but the bottom line is 99% probably would. There are very few 17 year old boys, if any, that you could put in a high powered sports car and expect them not to show it off. Everyone that says it is too light needs to think about if it were their son, and what if your son were fixing to go to jail for 8 months?
He was a smartass. Did this kind of reckless driving all the time, until the accident happened. What is criminal is all those innocent families and children his driving put at risk. Marcus, Clearwater FL
Come on people. It could have been your child! Kids race, it's not right and they should not do it but they do. things happen. 8 months in jail for a young guy is plenty of punishment.
This should of carried a much higher penalty. Hulk's son ended his friends life, even if the young man lives. Isn't it amazing that car companies keep making their death traps faster!
I do not believe for one nanosecond that Nick Bolea: 1. has any remorse for what he did; 2. has learned any life lesson from what he did; 3. will learn any useful life lesson from being in jail. 4. has any cognizance of anyone else's feelings, life, other than his own. He was brought up to believe in his own entitlement, and he's living down to that expectation. The only good that will come of this is that for eight months, he won't be driving. Yes, I know his license was revoked. I doubt that that will keep him from behind the wheel of a car as soon as he gets out. I am sure that his mommy will have another car he can use as soon as he gets out.
hello folks , lets think about this for a sec. theses kids were street racing and probably all thinking at the time that this was fun. it is a terrible accident, they are all suffering. thanks.
Money talks!
If this was not Hulk Hogan's son - we would not even be hearing about this. This is a miscarriage of justice!!!!! I feel terrible for John's family - but I think the lawsuit is because they see dollar signs because it is Hulk Hogan.
I THINK THE SENTENCE OF NICK WAS TOO EASY GOING FOR HIM. HE COULDVE KILLED THAT GUY. HE INJURIED AND WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO YOU SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO HURT SOMEONE WEATHER INTENTIONAL OR NOT AND GET 8 MONTHS IN JAIL AND 5 YEARS PROBATION, I THINK HE SHOULDVE GOTTEN A LITTLE BIT MORE THEN THAT, AND I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY THE HOSPITAL BILLS AS WELL. I WONDER THO DOES NICK GO AND VISIT HIS INJURED FRIEND????
Its too bad the sentence he handed to his "friend" cannot be equal. Its a shame foolishness is constantly dealt to the public by the rich and famous with no recourse.
It is obvious that this kid got a slap in the hand because his father is who he is. There was a case where a guy killed one girl and maimed another and he got five years in prison. Florida has so many crimes because the law is not tough enough.
For now, just about right BUT if his friend dies, then Hulk son needs to be put away for a long time. For murder!
i feel realy sorry for both families, but they knew the risk of racing at high speeds and knew any kind of racing is dangerous. What if it was a different type of race and legal, what would be going on now?? Probaly not in court.I think nick should have some responsiblities but not that extreme. Thats my opion.
It's too bad for Nick's friend. I pray for his recovery. Nick shouldn't have been drinking, friend should have worn seat belt, punishment should not involve his being celebrity's son, Hulk shouldn't be making excuses for his son, and he should've been tougher on the boy throughout life. This is not the first time we've seen this in famous families.
This is the kind of thing that happens to spoiled, immature little rich kids with a 500+ horsepower car and no brains. I blame the parents for providing a 17 year old with more car than he can drive. Nice job on the parenting Hulk.
This sentence is very lame. The injured soldier could have died in this accident, and is still in bad condition. If it wasn't for the medical care Graziano received, Nick Bolea could easily be facing a trial for vehicular homicide. This aggressive speed demon should be removed from the streets of FL for a long time. 5 years would have been more appropriate.
I do believe that this person who was doing the driving had a small amount of alcohol in his system at the age of 17 yrs. old........he should have not had ANY! The sentence should have been for a longer term in jail based on this and his past driving record which was to say the least......pitiful!
I feel for both families but both young men were probably enjoying the race. The victim should have been wearing a seat belt. This is very sad and I believe this young man after serving his sentence will come out a better person. God bless all of them.
he is only 17. i had several friends in 1 car wreck when 1 died, that was 25 yrs ago. those boys were never the same. he will suffer the rest of his life. forgive him.
I understand this is difficult for both families, but the driver is ultimately responsible for his reckless actions. I was disturbed to hear he has not said he was sorry to the other family. If that is true, he not much of a man. Also, what is up with Hulk Hogan showing up in court with a black bandana wrapped around his head? If there was a day to look clean, professional and clean, it would be that day.... I guess the apple doesn't fall from the tree.
The reckless driver gets 8 months and the comatose passenger gets life??? Doesn't make much sense! We sure would want to ruin a spoiled, privileged young mans life would we? Our justice system has gone just plain crazy.
As a veteran of the Iraqi war myself, I know what the friend went through. It is a slap to soldiers faces when one of our own is permanently disabled, and he only gets a whopping eight months in jail.
I have a Relative who is going through almost the same trauma, except the passenger in my relatives vehicle past away. I feel both parties are going through a horrible time. My Relative, I'm sure will not get off so easy. My heart goes out to everyone who has to go through something like this. Jail time does not make the hurt go away, or erase the injuries/death suffered by the other Family. May God have mercy on all of us.
Greta..I hate the fact that somebody was hurt....BUT...the guy is an adult...a seasoned soldier at that...apparently he didnt see the dangers...or he would have gotten out the vehicle...at the numerous red lights they raced between...This is only being blown outta proportions b/c this KID is a celeb's son...ALL 17 yr old kids are considered reckless drivers....Again I hate this soldier is hurt...our prayers are with him and his family... jessie lewing
I think that had it been anyone else in Nick Hogan's place they would have received the max penalty. This spoiled little brat will take this on the chin and probably not learn a thing from it. Mean while his friend, who is a decorated Marine, is left to live the rest of his life as a handicaped person dependent on others to live. Not to mention this kid had a prior record of reckless driving.
Just right -- this is a life changing event for both families...he will pay the price over and over again each day of his life...not only the 8 months that he will be serving in prison...
I believe H. Hogan's son is a spoiled brat. He needs to be begging this family for forgiveness. It is sad when a rich kid can help take lives when engaged in their selfish acts and doesn't care whom they may hurt. This young man should have to carry a sign on his nice little car, saying I am a drag racer and a reckless driver. He should have had to pull several years in prison and would have had he been the child of a middle class family. Margarett in Tennessee
Gloria Alred is such a moron!!
8 months for a teenager is a very long time. young men with no money or fame get the same sentence. felony for first offense is usually let go and the victim was not wearing a seatbelt, was drinking and a participant in the crime. this is very sad and tragic. it happened to my son......
Only 8 months!!!!!! And he had alcohol in his system and he's underaged!!!! And he won't receive a felony record!!!!! If that were me they would through the book at me and give me a felony record for the rest of my life. I guess it pays to have rich & famous parents.
In 8 months he will be back on the streets, will his friend?
Celebrity people, their offspring have become a disease in our country. Whats worse is the judicial system that continuously lets them slide. The loss to this Marines future has not been considered. It should well be! The comments by your panel are absolutely well founded.
If Nick Hogan's parents had been responsible adults, their son would not have been driving a high powered sports car! Hulk Hogan's kid....misdemeanor! My kid....felony!!
Only 8 months!!!!!! And he had alcohol in his system and he's underaged!!!! And he won't receive a felony record!!!!! If that were me they would throw the book at me and give me a felony record for the rest of my life. I guess it pays to have rich & famous parents.
John was just as involved as Nick... this is a horrible tragedy...... it was an accident.... I am very sorry for the Hogan family..... the guilt and pain must be unbearable... The Hogan family are an honorable family.... it is so sad .... God bless them all.... I think Nick is sincere, and this is an unbelievable, terrible... accident....Also, a tragedy for John.... doesn't anyone hear this????? Nick loved John... come on guys......... Nick did not want to hurt him, and John, unfortunately, is just as responsile!!!! Eileen VanAllan
he got what he deserved too many celebrities or celbritie kids get away with what ever because of thier money thank god for justice on this one
I think Nick deserves punishment but it isn't like he hit an innocent pedestrian which he could have, this was an very mature adult that chose to get into the car with him.
I think Nick's sentence is just right. But, I am also basing this on what I heard earlier on a news program. I heard that John's family wanted a jail sentence of no more than one year. Myself, I don't really know what I would consider fair if this were one of my children that was injured. Unfortunately, John will never have his life back, and Nick will have to live with what he did for the rest of his life. I just wish everyone would realize what the consequences of speeding and drinking can be. Sadly, it usually turns out badly for all involved.
they are saying that the guy in the hospital is the victim. First the guy in the hospital didn't wear a seatbelt, and from the information on FOX News, it looks like the guy in the hospital agreed to the reckless driving, since he didn't tell Bollea to stop the car so he could get out, or not to race. This guy is someone that Bollea looked up to as an older brother, he had some to do with the accident. I do think that both boys are wrong in the reckless driving, but I don't think that it should all be put on Bellea. I see that both boys are wrong. I think that Bellea should have gotten a ticket, gotten his license suspended, gone to a defensive driver's class, and I do think that he should pay some restitution to his friend, since he was the driver, and had the responsibility of his friend as passenger. I see that Bollea knowing that he caused the tragic accident of his friend for the rest of his life, is a lot of punishment. I see with the things listed above that should be done to him, and the fact that what he caused to his friend, is all the punishment. I don't see that he would do this again, and giving him jail time, is waaaay to harsh.
Another example of money talks, bullshit walks. Its not what you know but who you know . He should have been sentenced to three yrs.
I would like to express my condolences to the hogans, they sound like they are going through a really tough time right now. Nick has ruined an entire familys life and probably killed someone and his whole family comes in front of the jugdge with this farce of an apology. I felt like i was going to puke listening to hulk talk about how hard this has been for HIS family and how great HIS kid is. I work w/ a guy who served 8YRS in FED prison for possession of cocaine. He never hurt anybody. I think life w/ possiblity of parole in 15 yrs would have been fair if not a little lite. I HOPE YOUR CELL MATE IS REAL "FRIENDLY" NICK.
I think the lawsuit is because they see dollar signs because it is Hulk Hogan.
Nick got off way to easy. He should have gotten the maximum 5 years in prison, then a course in driving safety before he is ever allowed on the road again. The fact that he is Hogan's son should carry no weight in this whatsoever.
This is not the first time Nick has done this!! He has done this time and time again the St Pete Cops knew Nick only to well!! But he is a Spoiled Brat and got away with street racing and his reckless driving -due to his Dads fame and Fortune! People that lived here saw it happen to many times. For his Father and Sister talk as they are is so FAKE! Good ole Hulk and Nick have even street raced side by side on the streets of St Pete Great Father!!!!
I believe that Hulk's son should have got more time. GOD bless his best friends family members!! Shucks at that, GOD bless his best friend!! I have been ran over by a vehicle in the past and don't even know who it was that ran over me. Since they know who made this guy not normal, HECK do something!!
Bet if this was Hogan's son it would be a different story. As long as the ages roll , MONEY will talk.
I think that the whole situation is just sad. Nick should have known better. However, they are just kids they all race cars. Sometimes things happen. Nick could have been killed just as his friend could have been killed. But I would venture to guess that his friend has probably raced before with Nick in the car. He also could have wrecked Nick's luck just ran out. I hope that he has learned his lesson. You people sicken me! Any one of you would have stood up and said the same things for your child if you were in Hulk Hogans shoes. The seat belt thing isn't Nick's fault that guy was older than Nick and Nick should not be responsible to make sure that he wears his seat belt! He knew he should have had his seat belt on especially if they were racing and stuff. I rarely wear a seat belt and I wouldn't want anyone to go to jail over me. If I were in a car with them as long as they weren't drunk driving! If I don't want to wear my seat belt I wouldn't wear it. I think the sentence he got was very fair to both sides. He should be taught a lesson. However don't make him out to be some kind of mass murder or something. At the end of the day was just a teenager that was out having a good time, that went bad.
When you stand there & say (Hulk Hogan) your son is treated unfairly, that is why your son acts acts like he does. You love them but your children are not perfect. If our kids were corrected & excuses NOT made for them, they would learn how to accept & learn the difference between right & wrong. People wonder why children act like they do. It is because we have parents who think their kids DO NOT WRONG. Sorry to tell you this but they do & that is why we have kids that behave like they do; because they know their parents can be blind to ANYTHING they do. Why, their little darlings would NEVER do anything wrong. I have seen a lot of so called parents, that have no business having children. They are just lazy & do not care what the kids do---I am busy, don't bother me. Here is some money, go do something & then wonder why their their LITTLE PERFECT DARLING are being Unjustly accused of something wrong. Pay attention Hulk & wife & all the other parents who have PERFECT CHILDREN. Believe it or not, a loving grandmother with wonderful but NOT perfect grandchildren.
what upsets me is that you see all the time drunk drivers get away with a slap on the hand. I saw on TV the other day with a guy who was still driving yet had 7 DUI convictions. I think if Nick gets 8 months, why aren't these drunk drivers getting a stiffer punishment. Though I am suprised that he got that stiff of a sentence seeing that he is a celebrity.
"100% Correct - I think the lawsuit is because they see dollar signs because it is Hulk Hogan." Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winna'!
I think his father encouraged him to be macho and reckless, rather than teach him to be responsible. He was encouraged to be "cool" rather than competent. Nick was still a kid himself and his dad gave him this race car. I watched some of the series and I felt bad for both children. There was a double standard between Nick and his sister. She was watched like a hawk. Nick needed guidance, he needed a dad to set limits for him. His friends life is ruined and Nick got a slap on the hand. It is a real tragedy. Nick will be haunted by this the rest of his life. I hope he learns some important lessons about life and will grow into a mature adult and be different from his father.
I think that Hulk Hogens son should of got the maxium penalty by law. It is not like he didn't have warnings about speeding. And what about the fact that he was drinking and who cares if it was a little, he was under age. Just because his family has money everybody should be treated equal. If it would of been some boy that was poor they would of got the book thrown at them just because they didn't have the money to hire high class lawyers to get them off. I know it has happened to my own sons. I have nothing against the parents but that boy needs to learn his lesson. Instead of letting his son get away with it.
I think the sentence was too harsh because they were BEST FRIENDS. This guy is old enough to KNOW to put on his OWN seatbelt. Nick should do a little time to remind him to slow his butt down on the road, but this was too much time. I know his best friend would say the same thing. It was an ACCIDENT. It was not done on purpose and this guy chose to goof off with his friend and have fun. He could have gotten out at any time and who knows...he might have told Nick to punch the gas himself. Bottom line is two friends were having fun and an accident happen! That's it! No crime was committed...just a bad judgement here. Nick shouldn't have to be the one that told this OLDER guy to put on his seatbelt either. He was way old enough to know better to go without his seatbelt. Janet
GETTING 8 MONTHS IS NOTHING. HE SHOULD SERVE MINIMUM 3 YRS, PREFERABLY 5 YRS. IT WAS COMMON KNOWLEDGE NICK WAS A RECKLESS DRIVER. HE HAD ALCOHOL IN HIS SYSTEM AT TIME OF ACCIDENT. HE WAS INAPROPRIATE WHEN VISITING HIS FRIEND IN THE HOSPITAL. HE NEEDS TO BE IN A PROGRAM WHERE HE LEARNS WHAT IT IS TO NOT HAVE EVERYTHING HANDED TO HIM. HE NEEDS TO BE IN A VERY STRUCTURED TREATMENT PROGRAM BEFORE & AFTER BEING IN PRISON. SADLY, THEY WERE NOT WEARING SEAT BELTS, HOWEVER, HIS FRIEND WILL PROBABLY NEVER BE THE SAME MAN HE WAS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT & NICK NEEDS TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS RECKLESS DRIVING.
Too easy - should have receiced maximum - teenager or not, celebrity kid or not, it shows total lack of responsibility towards fellow man - Simply too young to even be allowed to drive ...
the sentence for hulk hogans son should have been at least five years and his license suspended until he turns 21 maybe after he sits in jail and loses his driving privleges he will come to understand that it's not all about him the guy that got hurt in the accident will never lead a normal life and if something more drastic than 8 months is not done he"ll not learn thing .
It was a horrific accident. However, I feel the sentence was to stiff. I feel that had his best friend had his seat belt on he would not have been so seriously injured. Nick should have made sure he was wearing it. Because of that his best friend had some responsibilty in how badly he was injured. I hope & pray that one day his best friend recovers. Miracles happen & I hope a Miracle happens for. God Bless both families.
Nick should do his community service working with people wh are in the same state as his friend. Hulk Hogan is a jerk and he shows it on his TV show
None the less, previleged, were they all not of some kind of money.....??? he did not mean any harm and an acident is just that....I believe Nick will suffer way pasted his 8 months and probably for the rest of his life....Both families will suffer forever and as everyone can see, this was an horrible tragic acident....and that's what happens when parents give such young kids these kind of cars.....Parents to blame....!!!! and I'm sure Hogan will pay royally.....!!!!!
I believe Nick Bollea's sentence is not too easy because he is only 17 years old and it is his first criminal offense. Unfortunately, the passenger/friend suffered greatly. I do believe that the passenger/friend, being of age, knew full well what type of driver Nick was, and entered the vehicle at his own risk. Furthermore, I think Nick is sincerely remorseful and has learned his lesson, truly, the hard way.
If a middle or low class citizen was one trial for this they would receive way more jail time. But because he is a spoiled little rich boy he gets a break. This whole thing makes me sick. What upsets me most is that John more than likely not make it and Nick gets this what i consider slap on the wrist. Whomever handed down this judgement and those who agree with it are saying that John's life meant nothing.
its very sad for all involved. this guy served his country and was home for a night of fun. after serving in iraq, he deserved it. nick who supposively was a professional driver should of know better than driving fast on the street. hulk's career was thriving again and now, the graziano's are suffering and i truly believe hulk and family are suffering. the foolish actions of a 17 year old kid have damaged both familys for the rest of their lives. how very very sad!
RUSS are you kidding me your friend has probably killed more than one person if he sold cocaine or for that matter even shared it. He probably has ruined more than one life. I think it is a shame you don't see the difference between a druggie and a teenager racing a car. This whole thing is just sick! Sheesh Nick apologized and to me he only owes the boy an apology not the world. So get over it if you don't feel like you got a good enough apology please! Ugggg people are nuts!
How dare Hulk Hogan make pathetic excuses for his loser son!!
nick was featured on a cable show about drift racing last year. he wrecked the car on the show and at that time was in trouble for this accident. he should spend at least 5 years in the pen, and think about being the spoiled kid that celebs generate in this society they are no better than everyone else in these united states
Tragic situation, no matter what sentence was handed to the boy nothing will change the facts and results. Those young men will forever be damaged physically and mentally. My heart goes out to all of them. Jail for 8, a lifetime of damage very sad turn of events for both boys.
Why do companies continue to make these cars that entice young and old men to race. The car companies should go to jail and the legislators who don't outlaw them. Hulk's son did not intentionally hurt his friend. He should receive no jail time. His friend was an idiot. He willingly jumped into the car for a joy ride and didn't wear a seat belt. It was his own fault and his own stupidity. I'm sure the victim's family will ride this one to the full degree--hey if you get in a car accident caused by a wealthy kid you and your lawyers can go to town. I'm sure if the boy wasn't Hulk Hogan's son this wouldn't have been nearly as stiff.
how many times have i been in a car when some teenage boy decided to show off and we almost got killed. i was really scared and wanted out! my step daughter got killed by a teenage boy showing off and while his parents had lots and lots of insurance to retire on we did not. he had no insurance on the vehicle and no attourney would take the case here in this small town so while they lost their son too we still struggle to make a living greving for our little girl while they enjoy expensive homes travel homes and expensive cadillac escalades and lots of money to help ease their pain. so i dont feel sorry for hogan at all.
The sentence was much too light. He should have received the max. We as drivers all know that we hold life and death in our hands when we are behind the wheel of a car or moving machine. We must all take responsibility for safe driving because we are "holding a gun and it is loaded" when we drive. The real issue here is that he does note learn the correct lesson and therefore something like this is likely to happen once he is able to drive "hold a gun" again. Everyone will need to beware! Peace.
The sentence given was a bit too soft! While it is true that John was not wearing his seat belt, it is the law in every state that the driver of a motor vehicle MUST require any passengers in that vehicle to secure their seat belts. Nick also had a record of reckless and irresponsible driving. If I had adjudicating this case, I would have convicted Nick of a felony as an adult, sentenced him to 2 years in Florida State Prison (of which he would serve 1 year), grant an expungement of the conviction after successful completion of 3 years probation or parole, revoke his driving privileges for 3 years after prison release, require weekly random drug and alcohol tests for the duration of his probation/parole (he had small amounts of alcohol in his system at time of arrest) and I would have him serve 1,500 hours of community service, to be completed by the end of his probation/parole, helping educate teenagers and young adults about the realities of driving irresponsibly!
This is a young man acting just like his dad. As a rule you are what you see. Maybe daddy ought to be put away for about 5 yrs. and daddy and son could grow up together. I would be ashame if I were that judge.
All comments and reports have centered on the Nicik's responsibilities or lack of! What about the responsiblity of the friend as a passenger? He was aware of the situation and did not take the responsible decision to leave the car. Everone is praising him as a war veteran with learned responsibilies. He did not use wise decision making in this matter. I have a son whom just got his license and I adamently instruct him about what a driver assumes as responsiblities when getting behind the wheel of a vehicle!! I as a teenager belonged to a car club, and every time a challenge came along we took it. These young men made choices, which were not correct ones! If you were to look at a person driving intoxicated, the passenger has the decision to make whether to ride with or not. The same scenario fits here! I am not defending Nick for his actions, but his friend is also responsible for his own!!! Quit crusifiying Nick and put the blame on BOTH!!!
Both families are effected by this and will remain so...forever. If only the Hogan family had done something about their son getting numerous speeding tickets - if they had stepped up to the plate and been responsible parents this more than likely could have been avoided....some kids sneak around and do things - but the tickets were the proof that something was wrong and needed to be addressed..... When will parents learn to not spoil and fix all their kids problems....? We ALL need to be held accountable for our actions...... The young soldiers life will never ever be the same - whatever hopes and dreams he had for his future are gone....What a shame.... I feel that Nick (and others like him) should never be able to own a vehicle or drive again....I don't know if the jail time will do anything for him - but being unable to drive and get around for the rest of his life would be a lesson that he and others would never forget...and why shouldn't he be inconvenienced? I pray that the Hogan family takes financial care of the young soldier until the end of his days...and he should have only the best and most excellent care... There are NO winners in this matter - only LOSERS... I didn't think too much of the Hogan girl - making accusations about the family of the young soldier......It is not her place to judge.... Thanks for all you do Greta - so many of these horrible stories would go unnoticed..... God Bless...
I really think it is terrible what happened to the friend and Nick should at the very least get five years MAX!!!! It is total B.S. just because he is Hulk's son!!
Nick didn't intentional go out and hurt the other guy they both should have thought first, But they give him 8 month and Debra LaFave a sex offender a slap on the wrist, and she intentional broke the law she knew it was crime.
How horrible to listen to Nick and his family speak the way they did. Nothing like Nick being the victim! And what a lack of respect Hulk Hogan displayed by wearing that "rag" on his head. Who does he think he is?! I guess Nick is just living what he has learned: it's ok to do something wrong and then place the blame on everyone else. I pray that my children will be responsible human beings who accept what they do and take ownership of their of triumphs and God forbid, for any errors.

Nick's problems seem to be the results of many cleb's, and the rich and famous life style. They grow up in a bubble like world, which is mostly focused on themselves, and how important they are. They over indulge in their life style, and in their toys, a ( 500 horse power motor cars ) for a 17years old. Anyone with any common thought processes can see the outcome of something like this. Anyone else would have received 24 months or more for the same kind of charges. Yes he got off light, but the fun begins now. Nick will be treated kindly in jail due to whose's son he is. He will do his time accordingly, but it is the civil law suit that is to come that will do the real damage to Hulk Hogan and his family.

In the state of Washington a drunk driver who kills can get a lighter sentence. What he did was terrible, but until we have consistent laws regarding causing bodily injury to others, we need to treat him like anyone else. Making him an example is just hypocritical.
stupid Nick hope you learn a lesson from this
Its a joke. Celebrities and their kids get off way too easy. Us "regular folk" would have gotten a lot stiffer sentence than that. He could have gotten 5 years, he got 8 months. Thats like a murderer getting 10 years instead of life or the death penalty. Give me a break, the kid has been in trouble with the law with his racing antics before, they should have given him at least 18 months if not 24. Thats a good punishment for a spoiled idiot brat who gets everything he wants.
I THINK THAT 8 MONTHS FOR AND INDIVIDUAL THAT HAS PROVEN TO BE RECKLESS IN THE PAST IS OUTRAGEOUS. THIS WILL GIVE PEOPLE THE IMPRESSION THAT HE GOT SPECIAL TREATMENT BY THE JUDGE, BECAUSE HE IS THE SON OF A FAMOUS DAD. I HAV SEEN RIDICULOUS SENTENCES GIVEN BY FLORIDA JUDGES IN THE PAST FEW YEARS, WHICH MAKES ME WONDER HOW SOME OF THESE JUDGES STAY ON THE BENCH OR GET ELECTED AND RE-ELECTED. I BELIEVE THAT JUDGES SHOULD HAVE ANNUAL JUDICIAL REVIEW ABOUT THEIR SENTENCING HABITS BY A PANEL OF SENIOR JUDGES TO DETERMINE IF THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND THAT REVIEW SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. SHAME ON THAT JUDGE. HE HAD NO REGARDS FOR THE FAMILY OF THE INDIVIDUAL THAT GOT HURT AND IS INCAPACITATED. SHAME, SHAME.
It just seems like there are two types of laws and the penities for all of us. If you are a regular person then you get screwed to where it is towards the max sentence. If you are well know in the public eye you get consideration and the less of the crime. With his priors and distruction he caused here he should have got the MAX. This just goes to show you that regular people are treated as a lower class and famous people are treated in the law as special and get away so much more for doing the wrong things they (average Americans) do. There is truely two worlds here for the type of person you are when it comes to the law. What ever happen to that great saying; "You do the crime you do the time". Now it seems to read as; "You do the crime and famous you wont do the time". Love all of you guys on Fox, Please keep up the outstanding work all you guys do. Gary D. Williams
He should be in prison for 3 years and two years of probation. to get his thinking in order about what he has done to this person.
I think with all the experience and time spent in the Marines gave his friend far more knowledge and he should have made a better judgment himself about himself. In putting himself in that car and being a long-time friend, he knew the character and age of his friend. He could have easily told Hulk's son that he was doing a folish thing and taking far too great a risk. He could have reached over and takne the keys from the ingition. He might have enjoyed the ride himself. I am sure he didn't think at the time that it would end up like it did. Hulk's son should have shown more remorse than he did. I am sure the 8 months will give him a show of reality.
I don't think he should have received jail time. Im sure that he didnt want his friend to get hurt. Im sure he didnt think that they would crash. He's a young boy who was driving wild and reckless like so many others do everyday.
The saddest part of the situation is that a young man is going to be a vegetable for the rest of his life. Yes, he knew what the risks were when he got into the car with Nick and I am sure he knew of Nick's history with speeding. That aside it does not change the fact that this man will never be a husband, a father, or a productive part of society thanks to the reckless act of Nick Bollea. I didn't see one ounce of remorse in that boy or his father, or his sister for that matter. The truth is it is THE PARENTS who are to blame. Hulk and Linda are the ones who gave this kid these sports cars when he was 15 not even legal to drive, they gave him credit cards to buy whatever at 15 maybe younger who knows, and they never once followed through with the first rule of parenting, RESPECT. I don't see any respect for others coming from that family. some things money can't buy and I for one no longer think Hulk Hogan is the almighty American who takes his vitamins. What they need to do is take a good parenting class.
He is 17. He will live with this for the rest of his life. He did not try to harm his friend, his friend got in the car and he was older and maybe should have better judgement. I am sorry for him and his family, as I am for the Hogan family. 8 months...way too long
I think the punishment is too light. Then I think, if it were my son doing something stupid (racing) and critically injured someone...I wouldn't want him to go to jail. I KNOW that my son would be eaten alive inside himself for hurting someone. This child (Hulk's son) really didn't strike me as remorseful. He just didn't seem to get it. AND if I were the Judge....Hulk Hogan would NOT have worn that rag on his head in my courtroom. If the parent can't show respect, how is he suppose to teach his child!
It is always the drivers responsibility for the safety of his/her passengers. We place our lives in there hands. We cannot just jump out once things seem to be going bad, the drives must first stop! Let's all be clear what responsibility the drivers plays in driving us around! Peace!
First, the only reason this case has received so much attention is because one is a celebrity and the other is a veteran. Every one is wanting to come down hard on Nick. But they forget that the other guy is 5 years older. Where did nick get the alcohol? He couldn't buy it at 17, but at 22... Second, John (?) is supposed to be older and more responsible. It is entirely his fault that he was not wearing the seat belt. If Nick came out of the accident unharmed, then John could have, had he also been wearing a seat belt. Had the roles been reversed, this case would not have gone to the extent that it has. Rich and famous=monetary target these days. 2 Immature individuals got stupid and one got hurt. Sorry, but they are equally at fault.
This kid got off way too easy. You can tell that neither him or his parents are accepting any responsibility for their actions. Just a spoiled kid.
8 months? Not long enough! Not at all! As for the people with their comments about the friend not wearing a seat belt... Why do we think these pieces of material will save our lives at 110 mph? Even at 70 a seat belts is only a bandage. Car companies and Government want you to think the seat belt is going to save your life... Tell that to 43 thousand that died last year in crashes.. I know a woman that was hit had her seat belt on and cut her like a knife because of the speed she was hit at. The wonder belt cut right through her stomach exposing her intestines, or the young man that was driving down the road at 70 mph wearing his seat belt, after hitting a tree and throwing him out of the car.. Now I am not saying DON'T wear your seat belt but don't think this will be the cure all to crashes. over 43 thousand crashes take place a year didn't save their lives now did it! Now for the attorney that said people who kill others in crashes doing high rates of speed... Really? Where? I would love to know. Pull me up some cases I would love to hear about these. They will be few if any. People don't go to jail because of speeding.... This is one way of getting away with MURDER! Go look at the National highway traffic " safety" { that's a laugh} administration at the numbers of fatal deaths they are phenomenal!!! The best thing that can happen is the gas prices rise so high we are forced to get off our lazy butts and walk or ride a bike to where we need to go, without cars the roads this will be safer! Nick will only have to do 4 months of that time since he will be going to State prison that is NOTHING. Giving him his license back is the worst decision I have ever heard. He has several High speeding tickets. He should NEVER have a license again! Once again our great Government at work!
I reside in California, and while I don't know the laws in other states, I thought in California the responsibility of passengers to wear seatbelts falls on the driver. Whenever, I carry a passenger I always remind my passenger if he/she hasn't already buckled up. Its automatic. Additionally, I wouldn't feel very comfortable if my passenger refused. Its my car, get out if you can't do this one thing for me. As for 8 months, that's not enough even if he was to serve all 8 months. 4-5 years is more appropriate. I don't know how this friend is going to successfully sue this dopey, kid. His son is a leach on his dad. His dad is not civilly responsible for his over 18 idiot kid. The kid will just get his weekly allowance in cash from this day forward, no problem. No inheritance for 20+ years.
I agree w/ 100% and steve. I am tired of these familys who lose loved ones to drunk drivers wanting compensation and justice for their loss. How unfair is that to the murders like Nick Hogan. The only thing I am 100% sure of is that 100 and steve are idiots.
Oh I guess I am the idiot for misspelling families. My apologies to 100% and steve.
The way I see it is, they both were having a real good time. John was having fun also. I had a girlfriend and her daughter was 16teen, and was driving at a high speed playing around, like when you are on a ride at the fair a(rollercoaster), where you hold your hand's up in the air. And she had an accident and killed her 13teen year old brother, her brother had a friend with him in the back seat, and the friend just got some scars, and walked away. The girl driving was just like John, she was in a coma for 8 week's and had to lean everything all over again. But he was in on the fun and telling her to go faster and faster!!! So I say that's what Nick and John was doing. John was having just as much fun, until the accident, it's to late know, but John could have ask Nick to stop the car and let him out, but I say it was both of them. Nick was the lucky one and John wasn't. I'm so sorry on what happened, but they BOTH were in on it, having FUN and that's what we Adults try to tell them. John was alot older than Nick, he should have STOPPED Nick. Maybe that's what Nick saw John do, since Nick looked up to John. We will never know, it's just SAD..
Having served 30 years in the USMC most of us think we are bullet proof. The Marine was having fun. As far as I am concerned he was committing suicide. He knew the danger. He could have said "Slow down." He could have reached over and turned the key, nothing was holding him back i.e. no seat belt. The driver, Oh well he was lucky, whatever the punishment. R. G. Hollenbeck .
I agree with a lot of the comments that have been said. 1. I think that it is not only Nick's fault but it was just as much the other kids fault that he is in the shape he is in now. They were freinds so he knew how Nick was behind the wheel, and they had been racing, he could have asked Nick to stop racing or asked to be let out of the car and he did not do that. 2. No 17 year old should be behind the wheel of a sports car like that without a parent in the car. From what I understand, Nick has had prior speeding problems so that is an even bigger reason why he should have never been behind the wheel of that car. since he was let drive that car I think that the parents should be partially responsible for the out come, but not fully or anywhere near fully responsible. For the comment that was made by someone that the kid that is in the hospital should also serve some of the sentence, I believe he is already serving his part of the sentence and will probably be for the rest of his life. I know that the kid that was injureds family is very upset right now becouse of there son, brother, boyfreind is seriously injured so they are not thinking staight right now and may not for some time and I believe that they are asking for a bit much, but that is understandale considering the situation. My last thought is that there should be tougher laws against speeding tickets before a certain age. I think that if you get any speeding tickets for going faster than 10 over the speed limit within a certain amount of time after you get your licence you should have them suspended. I believe that laws like this could probably cut down on accidents like this one, so we should not only look at Nick and his parents but we should be looking at the laws also.
Never mind the trite bickering about racist preachers, liberal vs conservative values, et al. Ours country is a Republic, and therefore its veracity as a nation, rests in the quality of our “selected” leaders. Reading through some text of James Madison recently, I was struck by the notion that we have NO ONE on the candidacy scene today whom could hold a candle to such great men and great thinkers as were among our founders. None presently vying, are fit to serve in that office. Perhaps someone like Bob Barr will step up and run. Bob is nowhere near as scholarly say, Thomas Jefferson, but he is a giant next to Obama, Hillary, or McCain, and I believe he is principled, something that cannot be said of McCain, the husband of a “Sugar Daddy” millionaire wife and author of the pork barrel stadium deal that poured millions of dollars of pork into securing an exclusive sweetheart beer deal for his wife’s beer distributorship.
OOPS!! Posted that one to the wrong forum... sorry about that :(
It's a dirty shame -- this entire episode! I believe the thing that will bother Nick is losing his driving privileges. I consider driving a privilege and I treat it as such. I feel so sad for the family of the injured boy! Seeing their son as a vegtable will break their hearts over and over. I hope there will be forgiveness someday but that takes a long time sometime. These young teenagers think an auto is a toy! Peer pressure is so prevalent -- what one has, the other has to have. God bless you all...
In regards to the Nick Bollea sentence, i would have to say that i was a little bit too harsh. I believe the 5yrs of prohbation should be only 3 and the liscence suspencion reduced to atleast 1yr.I dont agree with the comments that he got off easy because he was a celebrety, there have been other cases of celebs with DUI's and drug possesion, and worse felonies that only served like 22 days. I also have friends in florida that have been charged with reckless driving and have gotten away with just a ticket.I understand that John which was Nick's bestfriend was seriously injured and will never be the same, but it was an accident.I am not trying to be condiscending, i am 23 and also am a mother, i can see where his fam is coming from, but u got to also see that he wasnt forced into the car against his will,he willingly didnt put on his seatbelt. In my eyes there is no basis for the lawsuit if John and his fam have known Nick for years they too were aware of his need for speed, and as for the alcohol Nick is 17 which means he couldnt have purchased it on his own, whereas John is 23 and probably had access to the alcohol. In the light of the events they should recognize that it was an accident and stop trying to point fingers and find confort in each other.
Cynthia, as the judge said, the purpose for the sentence is "punishment". And punishment is not only for purposes of justice, but is a deterant as well. I grew up in a small Ca. dairy town where wealthy dairy famalies are plagued with dead children from auto accidents. These people love their children as much as any, but the cast system that evolved from their wealth caused piety among many children of the wealthy famalies. Several of my friends, and later, my children's friends died in horible reckless driving accidents. Both boys may very well have been culpable, but one is a vegetable, and has already received the harshest of sentences. The other would have been a better human being if he had been held accountable for his disregard for the law and common sense. The parents of the stricken youth on the other hand, were not culpable, and they have received the truly unfair sentece. THey are the ones who will have to deal with bed sores, changing adult diapers, and unbelievable odors, stress and strain of caring for a bed ridden person. And on top of all that, they will be reminded every minute of every day of the horrible state of their son. Remember to them, as to all parents, they view their children forever as the sweet baby they nurished and loved from birth. No, the Hulk kid should have received more than was allowed by law, but being the law exists, flawed as it is, he should have received at least the max.
What will happen to this reckless kid if his friend dies? I hope the family will sue for millions...
I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT WHY HASN' T ANYONE TALKED ABOUT THE FACT THAT HE NICK WAS THE DRIVER BUT HIS "FRIEND" WAS A PASSENGER AND WAS COHERENT AND SUBMITTED TO WANTING TO STREET RACE ASWELL AS NICK, WHAT IF IT WAS SWITCHED AND NICK WAS THE PASSENGER , WHICH COULD HAVE HAPPENED WITH A SPLIT SECOND ACTION/DECISION/CHOICE THAT WAS MADE THAT NIGHT. AND IF HIS FRIEND FORGIVES HIM THAT IS ALL THAT SHOULD MATTER, HAS HE ACTUALLY ASKED TO PRESS CHARGES, IF HE CAN NOT TALK AT THE MOMENT IT'S HARD TO SAY, BUT WHEN HE CAN THAT'S A QUESTION THAT SHOULD BE ASKED. Thank You For Your Time

Dont get me wrong I like Hulk Hogan, but what his son Nick did was wrong, I was hit by a drunk driver, so any one who drives fast and have no regard for some one else should get a hard sentance, like any one else no matter who He or She is.

If both boy's would've died, is one thing. But the way it stands one is injured & one has learned a very costly lesson. Prison Time? Bullcrap! Nick is a victim in his on way & doesn't even know. Because people like us watch people like him swirling in a confusing world of popularity & pretty car's & freinds calling to him to do something impressive. Nick's behaviour is predictable, as it is w/ people like you who see $ sign's only. Gold digger's are the lowest.. don't you think. When you should be finding a way to fix the boy, thank the Lord for those whom of which were spared being a part of this accident because it could've been involving more people if a different turn would've happened. Give Nick help not punishment. Send him away from "downtown" & out to a monistery or some self improvement guild. Prison will only put gas on a fire.
I NEED TO ADD THIS, MY BOYFRIEND , JUST LAST YEAR HAD TO SERVE 8 MONTHS OF HIS 1 YEAR SENTENCE FOR HIS 1ST AND ONLY DUI TICKET, WE LIVE IN WA STATE, SO FOR RECKLESS DRIVING IT'S ABOUT THE SAME SO THE PUNISHMENT FITS THE CRIME I'D SAY, BUT I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT JOHN'S FAMILY , ARE THEY SUING NICK'S FAMILY FOR MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS ACCIDENT, I MUST HAVE MISSED THE BEGINNING OF THE CASE. IF SO THAT IS TOTAL BULL, THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY MONEY DUE TO THE ACCIDENT WHICH BOTH BOYS SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO HURT NICKS FAMILY AS THEY ARE, AND TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF ANY SITUATION WHICH THE PERFECT ONE HAS FALLEN INTO THEIR LAPS OBVIOUSLY.
Nick's friend is just as reponsible for his injury as Nick. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was probably just as into it as Nick. An innocent person could have been injured or killed. They were both reckless. Dany Heatley, superstar NHL hockey player, killed his best friend in a similar incident and went unpunished. Justice is blind.
My husband is an active duty Soldier. He has been deployed twice. Every night I would cry myself to sleep praying that he would make it home alive and in one piece. I find it hard to believe this young man would make it through a deployment only to come home to have his life and the life of his family changed forever. Nick is a brat. Maybe he should strap on a pair of boots and go play in the sand. Maybe then he would understand the gift of life. He needed the max. It breaks my heart.
I do not beelieve this crap! I got 10 years in prison for driving with a suspended license, I did not hurt any one, had no accident, but yet I got 10 years I was just released on mat 28th 2008, I went to prison in june of 1998 you do the math. Just goes to show you MONEY can buy anything including the judge. But what do I know .its only my opinion, what do I know Im only poor PINELLAS PARK TRASH My mommy and daddy could not afford one percent of what HOGAN and his wife spoil tha snot nosed punk kid they have. its a real sad world we live in. A child molester gets a slap on the hand just like NICK HOGAN DID. UNREAL !
I pray that John lives and that Nick and his family get suied for more then enough to asure that John is taken care of for the rest of his life . Yes John made the decision to get into the car that dreadful day and yes im sure that he knew what could happen . But it was Nick who should have realized that he was responsible for Nick and any harm that came to him in that car on that day. Nick was a minor therefore his parents , the two people responsible for allowing their 17 year old son whom had already shown that he had a love for speed , will pay the price for their son's reckless decision . Hey Nick lets see if you brag about that race to your buddies in jail . drive a car that was built for raceing and
Happy Mothers day to all MUMS!!! sadly Drewpy deprived both Kathleen and Stacy the right to celebrate as I am...in Nov 2006 my only child gave birth to a "Stillborn"{who would have been my only grandchild.}...then one day after her 39th birthday {14th April '08} Mandy gave birth to Luke who is 4 weeks "Premmie"...he is gorgeous....I AM SOOO LUCKY that I am allowed to be a part of his life! SCOTT PETERSON AND DREW PETERSON have much in common...they both KILLED the Mother's of their Children!!!...I will "relish" the time that DREWPY joins SCOTT on DEATH ROW!!! Greta please keep reporting on the "antics" of Joel Brodsky & Drew Peterson...I sincerely hope that they will "HANG" themselves on TV! as they are truly the most despicable homosapiens who do not care for the children of DP...but only care for their IMAGE...{by the way I would keep his "Publicist" at least we are getting updates of his murderous behaviour!}
Sh*t Happens. Accidents happen. Blow it off. If the other kids parents try to sue Terry "Hulk" Hogan, for what Nick Hogan did, I think Terry "Hulk" Hogan should take civil action against the other kids parents for being Complete Ass Holes.
Hogan's son is a punk and should the full maximun setence instead the minnimum setences.
WHEN I WAS GROWING UP IN THE 60'S AND 70'S WE NEW BETTER AS TEEN AGERS NOT TO DRAG RACE. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT DRAG RACING IS DANGEROUS AND FOR SOMEONE TO DO IT THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW. WE SEE ALL THE TIME WHERE PEOPLE DRAG RACE AND SOMEONE ELSE PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES WITH THEIR LIVES. JUST THE OTHER DAY A YOUNG BOY WAS KILLED BY TWO GUYS DRAG RACING BEING SORRY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE STOP DOING IT. THESE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DRAG RACE SHOULD GO WHERE THERE IS NO TRAFFIC IN A FIELD MAYBE. IF MORE TIME IS GIVEN TO WHOEVER THE PERSON IS THEN I BELIEVE THEY WILL STOP.

Mary Knight ... I grew up in the 60's & 70"s also, and EVERYONE that had a car was drag racing. Where did you grow up that everyone, "KNEW BETTER AS TEEN AGERS NOT TO DRAG RACE"? The 60's & 70" was when drag racing was at it's height of popularity.
The judge is a "WUSS" and that punkass kid should go to real jail for 5 years. This was not the first time. They need to have a paternity test for sake of honest divorce!
Look what happened with the Kennedy's!!! Money Talks!!! AND People Walk!!! Just look at how Obama gets a free ride with the media and 45% of the stupid public think he's some kind of savior!!!!!!! APPALLING!
Mary Knight & Drag Racer: I grew up in the 60's generation. Riding the avenue, bumper to bumper, and revving ones engine was the thing. Anyone stupid enough to drag race, using a 2000# machine or DRINKING and than using a 2000# machine should be put in jail! It was cool than to "look stupid" and its cool now to "look stupid". Some sign of balls and high testonerone. If it takes a man THAT to prove anything, man - he's got NOTHING going for him. PS - Teddy Kenney should have been in jail for what he did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FREE PASS!!! BIG MONEY!!!

DAVID CARNEY: I just have a real real real hard time believing you got 10 years for JUST a suspended. Sorry, I just believe theres more to the story. I've never ever heard of that. I also have a family member who doesn't have money and has been in trouble and ALSO for suspended. He never got that. Like I said, no money either.
nick's friend should have been wearing a seatbelt. it wasn't nick's fault.
Nick Hogans sentence is just right it is his first offense it doesn't matter that his father and sister are famous if you break the law you deal with the consequences of your actions, the question that should be aksed is if he has learned his lesson. I wonder if the families reality show would've focused on this tragedy?
freedomsenemies.com A MUST READ !
it should have been 8 years , he's a cockhead and should be made an example of, 4 fold ,his parents are a desgrace, his sister well lets see.... another spoilt little brat POS take it how you want, everyone has their own opinion
Honesty, nobody put a gun to "graziano's" head.. he was 24 and nick's best friend now come on you should know by then whether or not to get in the car with him.. you didnt just meet him yesterday!! but the penalty was too harsh because if he wasnt a celeb he would have probably landed 3months and Grazianos family is just a bunch of money hungry/fame hungry fucks ..you dont sue a 17yr old for an ACCIDENT especially one that your son basically lived with because he was always over his house instead of being home..THEY WANT FAME! and the Hogans are just shutting them down from getting that by staying true to their family and staying positive.. obviously no lawsuit or amount of money they will sue the hogans for can bring their son back from coma so that should tell you this matter is not about their son.. Get a Life And A Real Job Instead Of Trying To Use Your Son's Death For Money.. And using your other son for fame by having him call hogan and threatin him... YEAH DOUBT HULK IS SCARED OF YOUR WANNABE MOBBSTER VOICE..
