  I had a similar experience but I won't volunteer a diagnosis. Sounds like he performed a Lachman test. I have a pretty good idea what you may have done. Good luck.

  Best to not push recovery or you will pay a price later. I say go for take out and a cocktail. Often. Sad to be off your feet. Keep your sense of humor and you will do fine.
