Yes - (blank check) - let the HOA do whatever it needs to do. HOA fees will cover it.

No, do not change the by-laws

Yes , but only get justice from the district (district focus)

Yes - but only to let the HOA develop the property (property-focus)

Yes - but only to let the HOA involve other HOAs in this area (Mello-Roos-focus)
