Yes, it keeps important communications technology in Canada's hands.

No, the Americans will still impose some how and some way.

No. With this technology in US possession, they would they be able to protect Canada.

Stephen Harper has never been particulary interested in maintaining Canadian sovereignty. There's no reason why he would start now.

As long as it doesn't take away my HBO, I don't care!
