I don't know what you are up to but it looks good already! I keep dairy goats and make my own cheese. Needless to say, I can always use another recipe that features goat cheese.
Now this is probably THE most difficult decision I've ever made. Okay, that's a little dramatic, but really? Can I choose them all? I just made a five-cheese lasagna, if that gives you any insight into my cheese addiction.
