Omar Khadr is accused by the United States government of being a terrorist. How should he be tried?

He needs to be brought back to Canada and tried in a civilian court. It is the only way he will get a fair trial.

He should be subjected to a trial in a civilian court in the United States.

The military trial at Guantanamo Bay is perfectly appropriate for him.

I don't care about trials. He's a terrorist in my books. Automatic death sentences for any and all terrorists!
