I think David Archuleta will ultimately best David Cook in this poll. The problem is David A's fans are all too busy right now--coz they're voting their fingers off for Archie. I predict that later you'll see I'm right when the Idol polls close.

I'm really pulling for David Cook. Amazing performer, wonderfully talented. I'm sorry, but David Archuleta is good, but too over-hyped. He's a little too young and innocent for my liking, but i respect his talent. One other thing: Rickey i LOVE your site, but i think you're a little too PRO-Archuleta. Seriously, tone it down please. Not only is it unfair, and extremly biased, but its just too much. Please, please, please tone it down. (ex. the love nugget symbols - come on man, have some class)

I actually think both davids are over-hyped, not just david archuleta. However, I liked david archuleta tonight. david cook didn't even change the arrangement.

Actually, David Cook in my opinion is the better of the two davids. Cook showed he has a range in voice, but going rock to ballads, and that's big. Archuleta has a great voice, but has lack in range and he sounds the same each week to me. He's cute and adorable why Cook is hot and sexy. That's a big difference too.

April, girl...Rickey's site. He can pull for whom ever he likes! And you sound a little rude! He doesn't have to cater to you. Anyway. I thought that Archuleta was the best vocally, but just sorta felt "meh" about the song. I felt that way about all of them though, as musicals are so not my thing. Cook did very well too, didn't love it, but it was good, vocally. Of course I hurt for Jason and Brooke, but as much as I love her, I want to see Brooke go, to save Jason. I didn't think he was awful, just really out of his element, and part of his charm, for me, is his imperfection.

Syesha was the best followed by Carly, and David C. Little David sounds like just another boy band singer. I dont see the appeal. Jason is Vinnie Barbarino, if they ever remake welcome back carter he has a built in job

The best performance was Mercado Hi Rickey, are you racist?

For me,,, best performance,,, "musical wise" fr me it's Syesha Mercado but vocally for me its David Cook. Syesha has the attitude for musical and the judges are right,,, she shold be in broadway, she perfect for the broadway she has the attitude and gave it all,,, and for me even if she doesn't win at AI she will be a big hit on broadway. I was not expecting that song from David Cook cause David Cooks style is waaaaaaaaay different from that. But I can't believe the great flexibility and versatility of his voice to go that far. Well, i hope tonight we can say bye bye brookie, finally!!!! I am for D.A. all the way. D.C.'s song was BOORRIIIIIINNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG!!! But he can sing, not the way our D.A. can though. Rickey your site is Awesome, but keep up the good words for D.A. it's okay with me. David Archuleta rules!!! He took a risk and took a broadway song and turned it into a pop song. David Cook did a carbon copy except for the last few notes... Sorry Cook fans, he has carbon copied several songs now. The group Doxology would like the credit for the Elenor Rigby song that they performed, that he carbon copied. This is the second band now that has stepped up to the plate and mentioned him taking credit for there work.

Well I have to admit that this is not Jason Castro's best performance but I can't say that he was the worst among the remaining contestants. Personally, I think Syesha was the best.

David Archuleta is the best! David C. doesntchange the song at all and is just a copycat! David A has the best voice and has always been a great musician. Have you heard a thousand miles on youtube?? its amazing!( he was only 13 at the time)He has all it takes to go far. Dont get me wrong David Cook is great too but is so boring. David Cooks performance sort of creeped me out this week, and so did Jasons!

How can anyone say that David Cook is boring? Please! The guy rocks and is a true talent. Why should he have changed anything so great as his song choice last night? He did a beautiful job and I'm sure Lord Andrew Lloyd Weber was pleased. (voted for him likely!) David A. is a young kid and has talent for sure. But where exactly do you see him going. A boy band?
