Rachael and I cook some of the same way,Niether of us measure with cups and spoons. One thing I like to do is wash and dry my herbs upside down in a brown paper bag when I have too much. We grow most of our own and we have sooo much in the summer. I love the way Rachael cooks and it is filling and great flavors. It is food I can see myself eating.

I agree with Riogirl. I wish Rachel would realize that not everyone likes things spicey hot. I don't even watch Rachel.

Rachael is amazing! Ina is THE most boring personality on Foodnetwork. Really don't understand higlighting her on an episode so clearly about camera presence.

I think it would be easier to cook for Rachel as I don't think she would be as critical-but would choose Ina because I would really want her criticism if I made a special dish that I thought was great. Ina is going to tell me if it's not so great. Like them both, just different personalities that I'm assuming.
