Out of all of the PSA subjects, this was the one that people could have either had the most fun with (in an educational way) or made a really powerful video. I think you guys were trying to do a little bit of everything with this and I was honestly left scratching my head.
First, where's the music? Or ... if you weren't sure how to add music, then use the silence to reinforce your message. Maybe something like: "The sound you hear right now is the sound that STDs make when they are being transmitted..." or something to that effect.
Also, I really didn't feel like you had a theme that your were building these slides around. You needed something you could come back to over and over to reinforce your message. Instead it felt like a series of random shots of penises, vaginas and a woman with rug burns on her knees, which really left me scratching my head. I mean, I get it ... but not really in the context of this overall PSA.
Also, the transitions on some slides was too quick -- I had a hard time reading text before the next image came up. This wasn't something limited to your video, several of the other videos had the same problem. Just something to be aware of.
