Plus back this up with inept supervisors / technicians - which do not show up for scheduled appointments, and then if they do show, they screw up something more often then not then slink out the door saying we will get a senior tech out the next day.

what do you get when two corp monstrositys such as these join forces to divide up the a third companies cusotmers - A company that was shut down due to fraud and the founding family thrown in jail.
You get Time Warner and Comcast who's Corp monkeys think they do no wrong and they are asking for the ability to expand there influance
who haven't a clue about customer satisfaction nor do they honestly care
honestly they simply are not held accountable for their actions

You get Time Warner and Comcast! Who both offer the worst customer service experience available in today’s market THE WORST!!! One who's Corp monkeys think they do no wrong and now are asking for the ability to expand there influence by wanting more then 30% of the market share!
TW / CC Both of these Corp monstrosities throttling connections (Packet Shaping) and allowing access to content only THEY approve / resetting pier connections at a whim and blocking VPN access thousands of individual company’s networks and by doing so screwing us all over. And getting them to admit that yes they are packet shaping – resetting connections by doing middle man spoofing is close to impossible they simply won’t own up to it!!!
Calling them and even mentioning this they circle the wagons and say we cannot comment on our networking practices well WHY THE F*CK NOT? I for one would like to know sense I have been a valued customer of yours sense your conception! Or is it simply you would rather we ( The Cattle ) as you call us behind closed doors just all mosey on in to the slaughter house and pay our due.
