How do you take attendance in youth group?

I am not sure why we as ministry leaders are so OCD about how many people are in a given room at a given time. This obsession cannot be helpful.

i once thot it was OCD until i found that i could keep track of MIAs with a good system and as the ministry grew it became essential

We started to use a software program called Arena and we make name tags for each kid and they wear them. I can explain how we sold this idea to the kids and how it stuck if anyone wants to know.

what is the website for the arena thing? I use/used Envision but not so much now that my computer is crashed.
