thank goodness they finally got some music, the beatles never wrote any thing worth singing. they were working under a handicap. tonite was finally worth watching. the most memorable song to date was midnite train to ga. by melinda. never use the beatles again. Tonight was my favorite AI night thus far. I thought everyone did a good job with the exceptions of Ramiele and Kristy. I was waiting for her to "Blow Simon's Socks Off" like she previously stated she would...not even close! My favorite performance of the night was Michael's with David Cooks being a close second and Jason and Carly tied for third. Simon was so nasty to Carly.

Btw, Im also blogging the American Idol via my friendster account. I use ur updates as referrence, and dont worry, I know how to acknowledge a source when I use them. I hope u dont mind. Thanks! PS I also promote ur site to my other American Idol fanatic friends, but they dont have time to check the net, so they just wait for the "live" delayed telecast of StarWorld on cable! This accusation that they "never wrote anything worth singing" is UNACCEPTABLE. American Idol has been trying for seven years to secure their catalogue and it is evidently seen that their songs are THE heavy material. You can also see that only the talented musicians, like David Archuleta, Brooke White and David Cook were the ones who pulled it off greatly.

Thanks for the audio clips. Seems like the 3 top singers are all male - interesting to see what AI does with that if it persists. It would be a huge break from their standard male-female finale. Liked Seysha the best tonight - powerful voice and didn't give in to the awful warbling of words that Whitney did on that song.

Rami's performance wasnt bad at all! Common! You guys are just scared of her that's why you want her out! She has a huge fan base. You know that! Let's see who will get booted out tomorrow night.

I really do think in the finals it'll be David Cook vs. David Archuleta <3 . They are both exceptional and really unique. Today my favourite was David Cook by far, then probably David Archuleta and then Carly. I really didn't like Michael John's performance, it was really good but not my kind of song.
