Seriously, if you're never going to even have an account to opened to buy a paid app why should Amazon let you download free apps on a site they spent time and good money developing? Where's the upside for them? I think the Amazon Appstore looks great. They layout is far easier to navigate than marketplace--far more itunes like. kudos for Amazon. Now if only I could buy/rent tv shows and movies from Amazon!

Technically your CC is on file with google as well if you have bought anything from the android market as well.
