Simplicity and Execution - we run one defense with flawless execution

1 primary and 1 situational defense - i.e. man to man and a 2-3 zone

1 primary, 1 fullcourt, 1 situational - i.e. man to man, 2-2-1 press, 1-2-2 zone

Multiple Defenses - we keep opponents off-balance by changing defenses throughout games

Freak - defense can change on each possession based triggers - i.e an entry pass to the right wing triggers a 1-3-1 zone
