I think it is about Ronn not having time in his schedule for the make up and was worried about getting sued for non-compliance if he did not make payment for Robby providing a Hummer at the starting line in Romania or Hungary or wherever this make-up race is.

I believe Bailey continues to make himself look like an ass. He did so when the race was cancelled with all his cloak and dagger my sources this and Intel that and his extraction team of helicopter's and commandos that only he seemed aware of. As far as distancing themselves from Robby, Vanguard obviously didn't do their homework if they didn't realize how outspoken and sometimes controversial Robby can be hey you take the good with the bad. Now Ronny boy wants to take his ball and go home if the games not going his way then he obviously doesn't want to play any more. This version of the race won't get the same amount of viewers so the exposure won't get him the same bang for his sponsorship buck Ronn go back to playing spy and leave racing to people who live in the real world oh and lose the second N it just makes you look even more pompous
