4 days a week I get on the elliptical machine and my husband uses the rowing machine. I do not see a category for those options so I did not answer this.
There are other modes of exercise that are healthy, such as dancing, that you have not provided a category for. I am a tap dancer which is not a team sport but is very aerobic and (until recently) I did it often. You need additional categories to choose from.
What about if we do more than one? I just had to mark the one I do most, but I enjoy all of the categories.
I would like to see an "other" category where individual activities could be listed. I dance twice a week--lots of calorie burning--very aerobic.
