hiya, kings Xl punjab is a nice name but doesn't give that passion atleast not for twenty twenty game, should be somethin like WARRIORS and moreover the word warrior is a true background of punjab isn't it!!!!!!!!!!!!
This name signifies that this team is representing Punjab only, which is not the case. This team is representing almost entire North, so the name should be changed to something like Mohali warriors. The management is trying to create a difference between the people of north based on the caste. The advertisement also shows that this team is only of punjab and for punjab. Please change the name, before it spreads a wrong message.

Good team but the name sounds like Bangra... Preity Punjab sounds like a cool name. Overall this is an amazing ideas for making Cricket friendly and introduction to new players within themselves as well as media. I am from UK and enjoying being in Inida on TV lol
i think the name should be more like PUNJAB DE PATTHE..... or PANGA OF PUNJAB.... Never the less the current name is more suited to our mascot Daler Mendhi and his band. Any ways.... as long as we are winning , who cares for the name...!
