Yeah, I would have voted Best Buy because apparently at everywhere but here they suck. Since I'm in a fairly tech-isolated part of Wisconsin, thats where I get most of my electronics. I'm 14, they have to be nice to me :P

I live in Minnesota so this is a hard call even though BB is the true evil.

Are you serious? Target is awesome! It's a bit like comparing Apple and Dell. (I'll let you figure out which one is which)

I've only had good experiences with Dell. I'm on one right now. With that said, I work for Apple. No problems on that end either. What are you saying Navstar?

This is not even a fair vote. Best Buy is by far the wrost store on the planet. WORST RETURN POLICY, WORST MANAGERS, WORST CLERKS. Just go in the store even the appearance says, " come intoo my store, but I don't trust you so I will treat you bad, I will not have good people to talk over issues, I will try to take take and take from you. I will set up my customer service to be rude, uncaring and a difficult process for you. Go into Target you see the opposite. The are open, they welcome you. They go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Look at last week Fortune Magazine. Target is on the front cover. and Best Buys is in the trash

Target is evil. Thanks to unlabeled storebrand cookies, they nearly poisoned my daughter, who is allergic to nuts. Fortunately, prompt medication kept the situation from becoming tragic. Unfortunately, Target was perfectly happy to continue to threaten the health and safety of their customers rather than do anything about it. They refused to change their packaging until they had used up their supply of unlabeled boxes. Apparently their paper goods are more important than other people's children. There is a special place in Hell reserved for those who prey on children. Target is there.

Have you ever taken anything back to best buy that does not work? Good Luck.

You're all stupid. i've seen Best Buy work out arrangements for loud, noisy, asshole customers such as yourselves and all you demand is more. "i only get a refund for this? I drove 34983420892 miles to come to this store instead of one that's right across the FREAKING STREET, i think i deserve compensation for my gas." Yeah...NO. It's not Best Buy's fault that most of you consumers have little to no brain. The story about tile in a hard drive box. Oh cmon, Customer service checks everything that gets returned, and if it was a new item it would be spider-wrapped because it's a 1TB drive that costs over $160 dollars, there's no way they could've gotten it in. all this guy had to do was go home take out the drive, fill it in with tile and go back and put on a sad puppy face. He knew they would check a product that's THAT expensive so he thought he might as well admit it. they wouldn't just return an item that costs that much without verifying the contents, so it couldn't have been returned. and new drives are in wraps that cover the product from being tampered. so...yeah...BS.

I work for Target and yes, we do have a tough return policy, however, I can tell you an easy way around it. SAVE YOUR FRIGGIN RECIEPT. You do realize that they give you a reciept for a reason, right? Let me tell you what that reason is: To PROVE that you purchased it, to show the DATE that you purchased it, and to show the AMOUNT that you paid for it. I have a million stupid customer (I refuse to call them guests like we are supposed to. A guest is someone that I would let into my house, not that I would shoot if they went into my yard.) stories that I could tell you. Here's one: A CUSTOMER wanted to return an air mattress that she had purchased over a year prior. C'mon, eventually a sale goes final. How about the person who copped attitude because we wouldn't price match another stores ad for 25 cents off of peanut M&M's, on Black Friday, when we did over 250,000 dollars worth of business. Yeah, lady, purchase lost to (competitor's name). We are crushed, lock the doors, everyone go home and spank yourself. This may be the wrong forum, but the moral of the story is this: Don't be a stupid customer and then have the balls to complain about the way that you were treated. Nothing happens to the employee you complained about, and everyone there has a good laugh about it when you leave.
