leggings can be worn in several ways so the are so still in!!!for instance my school doesnt allow our dresses 2 be above the knee but if we have leggings on we can wear them if they arent really really short!!!that way i can buy the cute dresses i want without having to look like a darn nun!!!people that say leggings are not in are just mad cause they are prob. way 2 fat to be able to look hot in them!!!
