If John McCain chooses a principled conservative as his running mate, will it affect your vote?

• If he chooses a principled conservative, I will probably work hard for his election.

• If he chooses a principled conservative, I will probably vote for him, but will not work hard for his election.

• Regardless of his running mate, I WON’T vote for McCain. I'll probably vote for someone else.

• Regardless of his running mate, I WON’T vote for McCain. I probably won't vote for anyone for president.

I WILL vote for McCain, no matter whom he picks as his running mate.

America needs to be rescued from the unprincipled people who are running this country. As far as I am concerned, Mike Huckabee is the most principled conservative, and therefore most deserving.

Mike Huckabee shares the same principles, convictions and integrity as Senator McCain. He has 10 1/2 yrs. domestic experience, was voted one of the Best Govs. in the US, is liked by Democrats and Republicans. He is the choice of the conservatives, national recognition and his own built-in support team! He is tested, vetted, has always praised McCain so it would seem logical for them to become a team. Huckabee could benefit from McCain's foreign policy expertise!!! The roar will be deafening with people shouting for excitement at a McCain/Huckabee ticket!!!! McCain/Huckabee for the win!!!

Sorry - Mike Huckabee is ni conservative (just like John McCain is no conservative) - a couple quotes from when he was governor:
"He destroyed the conservative movement in Arkansas, and left the Republican Party in shambles." - Phyllis Schlafly, president of the national Eagle Forum
"His support for taxes split the Republican Party, and damaged our name brand." – Former Arkansas State Representative Randy Minton (R)
He fails on immigration, law and order, etc. The only things that makes him appear to be conservative is his religion and his pro-life position. He is not a constitutionalist by any stretch of the imagination. We don't need him.

I'm with you Harvey; Chuck Baldwin (another Ron Paul supporter) is now my candidate. The two party system must be defeated.

“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.” "Duty is ours, results are God's" John Quincy Adams

If Ron Paul does not win the Republican nomination, I cannot in good conscience vote for an anti-life, anti-free speech, pro-amnesty, pro-tax, pro-war, unprincipled, traitor, John McCain. I will vote for Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution party.

I am a Christian and would never have voted for Huckabee because he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He is another CFR puppet.

Wake up people. If you don't support McCain and Palin, we are going to have President Obama. What do you think the economic and social fallout will be from that administration, not to mention he is friends with terrorists. Please reconsider and save our country from the Obama regime.

I agree Ken. We should have nominated Ron Paul. He would have won over Obama.

I believe Sarah Palin was the best choice McCain could have make.
