FANTASTIC being able to use the system to place holds on items when one has an energetic toddler. One can select a variety of items for the entire family online at night and collect them when available - and can then just use the collection time at the library to let one's child pick a couple of items that catch their interest before their concentraton lapses! Would however be great to be able to overide the system ourselves and renew overdue items (within reason!), as cannot always get online in time or else find time to phone to have staff override it before accummulating too much in fines!
51080 recently i was the victim of your 10 minute default procedure.when i checked the agreement statement idi not find anything about it.now i know,i act accordingly.otherwise,everything is working well.
