Why is it tollerated. If I had a subscription I would cancel it if only to send a message that behavior will never be tolerable. The public should want blood. this has little to do w/ reuters. this was a picture taken while she was on stage - performing @ her profession - as opposed to an up-skirt pic taken by paparazzi as she was getting out of her car on a random nite out. sure, reuters could have pulled the pic, but that's not how wires work. once they're on the wire, they are fair game. the real question we should be asking is who's approving this wardrobe-malfunction-prone wardrobe for this minor? i find that person more culpable than reuters.
