You should consider making a track suitable for 1/10 and 1/8 electric, with today's technology( LiPo's, Brushless) you can built a 1/8 electric so much faster than a nitro and much longer runtime, and the most important it is almost unbreakable.
And don't forget the fact that all the manufactures are making nitro to electric conversion kits.
I just sold all my nitro equipment. And I'm looking forward to buying a whole new arsenal of pure electric, brushless motors and Lipo batteries for my 1/8th scale 4 wheel drive buggy and 1/10 scale 4 wheel drive buggy. I can't believe I ever used nitro. If I could only go back, I would have gone Electric Right from the start. Gas was messy, tunning the motor was boring and confusing. I remember I blew up my 700 dollar RB motor, never overheated it, and spent plenty of time braking it in. RB didn't even offer to help me out. That was the last line for me. It's all electric from now on. Yeah!!!
