Though Twitter and Facebook can be good in some industries. I just don't think it can work in the auto industry.
At first i liked Twitter. I could trade for a 2004 Honda Accord low miles and twitter that to everyone to call me to get a price. That can be positive. But what I've read and heard is about customers having a bad experience. Then posting how they feel on the dealers facebook or twittering a bunch of people not to go to a particular dealership for anything....service, purchase, etc etc. I have also been out to dealers facebooks and some can have some suggestive photos or language. Not sure I'd want to have that displayed on my facebook.
    What are your thoughts?
