He's a traitor(aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war, etc) and should be tried as a traitor.

80% of these poll-takers have never read to constitution. It's called "Due Process." He hasn't been convicted of a single thing yet. Until that happens, he should retain ALL of his natural, GOD-given rights. Once convicted, take away pretty much every right he has.

If you don't extend those rights to others, then you don't truly have them yourself. All that must be done to lock up an innocent man for life is accuse him of terrorism, and he loses everything. I'm not saying he IS innocent, but he should be PRESUMED so until a verdict is reached.

A felon loses his rights when committing a felony. This guy tried to kill innocent people, and admitted it ! He does NOT deserve anything but a speedy trial and execution !

Does the Constitution mean nothing to you? If he doesn't have constitutional rights, then no one does.

If you believe in the Constitution, he should be tried as a civilian. However, this country should pass a law, whereby, a citizen, naturalized or other, who commits terrorist acts, forfeits their citizenship automatically.
