The ban is a good idea because, let's be honest, only a tiny percentage of the population should even consider wearing thongs in the first place.

This is a flagrant abuse of authority by an overzealous, tyrannical government hellbent on transforming our society into a Soviet Gulag state, and ... we're talking about taxes, right?

It's fine, but only if the ban applies to both genders and men are forced to leave their leopard-print banana hammocks at home as well.

Won't someone think of the children?!
