Definitely Laibach, specifically in their fifth version of their great EP: Germania: Sympathy for the Devil (Who Killed the Kennedys)
Laibach, definitely, because it doesn't try to be a clone of the original.
G&R had an earlier version which was much better but by far the best version is by Jane's Addiction on their Live album. Also a great cover of Lou Reed's Rock & Roll on the track previous to Sympathy.
I love G&R, but hearing this made me go, "mehhhh"
