Is Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen believed to be in Yemen, terror target No. 1?

Yes. This guy is linked to two recent terrorists who struck on American soil. We need to take him out to stop more attacks.

No. As far as I’m concerned, Usama bin Laden is terror target No. 1. All anti-terror resources should be devoted to his capture.

Maybe, but what about the broader Al Qaeda and its influence in the region?

The presidents of Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and the extremist group leaders that they fund are certainly to be considered list toppers. This Anwar could be an operative, but he is by no means of the caliber of Bin laden and these mentioned above. Anwar does not deserve to be number one. The list maker needs to be changed.
