    HP by far is the worst. How unfortunate that HP has acquired another well known company such as 3Com. It shouldn't be too long before they mess this one up like they have with their purchases of Compaq, Tandem, and EDS.

    I talked with a "person" in the HP Executive Offices a couple of weeks ago about a recurring problem (well over a year now) with one of their web sites. The "person" told me they are an international "product" company and the executive office really doesn't have anything to do with addressing internal problems or addressing customer issues unless it has to do with purchased "products".

    Way to go Mark Hurd and staff... great approach to customer relationships. I'm sure the customers of 3Com can't wait to deal with you.

    I agree! How can you compare a service to a product?

    I have been in a technology related career for many years and I have found often times when people think they are having service issues, the problem often lies in the quality of product they have chosen to use with the service. So, I vote HP on this one!

    With the right computer, TWC has super fast internet speed. In fact, we have 2 HPs at home - 1 is Windows Vista and 1 is Windows XP. The Vista HP is extremely slow compared to the XP HP. If I didn't have 2 computers, I might think it was the service, but being able to compare one computer to another definitely makes me believe it is the computer and the operating system. And... don't forget about all the garbage people download and the sites they visit that will clog up their ability to surf at faster speeds.

    AS FOR TIME WARNER CABLE LESS THEN 0.001 % OF THERE CUSTOMER UNHAPPY WITH SERVICES. SHOW ME ANY COMPANY HAS 100% HAPPY CUSTOMER THIS POLL HAS NO MEANING. LOL LOVE TWC AND HP

    Whoever created this "poll" might had an isolated bad experience with these companies. None of these companies have bad customer service. If you are not willing to be helped, there is no company in the world that can help you.

    I agree with the apples to oranges. Time warner cable like any other high speed provider supplies the connection. I can say, when I've had problems, it has always been the computer that has the problem.

    why are we comparing apples to oranges????? i have an HP and TIME WARNER CABLE AND YA KNOW WHT!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.....IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY HP!!!!!!!!!!!! MAYBE EVERYONE SHOULD LOOK A LIL FURTHER AT THE ACTUAL MANUFACTURER THEN THE PROVIDER PROVIDING THE INTERNET SVC!!!!!!!! U SHOULD TRY DSL OR DIAL UP IF U THINK TIME WARNER CABLE IS SO BAD......BET U SWITCH BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
