How engaged is your business in social media?

We're fully engaged in social media with complete integration into our marketing program, including a freshly updated company blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook...you name it.

We have a Twitter account and Facebook page, which we update 1 to 4 times per week.

We know we should be engaged in social media but want to learn more before diving in.
