highway distance betwenn Noida nad Gr Noida should be toll free for conviennace of citizens of both the cities and because this is the integral part of these cities
Greater Noida - Noida Express way serves as the main road link between Greater Noida - Delhi & Greater Noida - Noida for residents of Greater Noida. They have repaid the cost towards the road indirectly through higher cost of land / houses.Greater Noida is still an incomplete city in itself in terms of providing jobs / business opportunities and residents have to use the road on regular basis for day to day living. Charging of toll tax will compress the residents economically who are already suffering hardships for want of opportunities at Greater Noida.
Let toll tax be charged on Yamuna Express way that is being constructed with business objective.
The major issues with the expressway are concern with the security, maintanace and the not following proper traffic rules. If authority can look after all the issues, considering the toll tax should not be a problem. Infact it will be much better for commuters to use the route more often, if the major issues concerning safty and security are resolved. in my opinion apply toall but tace care of the at least followings:
1. several times better maintance of the expressway
2. install security camera at a regular interval to keep a continuous watch on the traffic
3. installation of security booths with continuous patroling
4. strict actions against the rule violators (overspeeding, traffic rules etc)
5. First aid ,ambulance assistance should be made avilable round the clock.
it will certanly help in the development of Gr Noida towards international level, what is the need of the current.
All my golden dreams which I saw when I booked a plot in Greater Noida way back in 1999-2000 were shattered after shifting my residence from Delhi in 2008. The dream of having house in paradise where no power crunch, no law and order problem, beautiful transportation and communication system, transparency and systematic way functioning of goverment ajencies etc. was nothing but a nightmare. One can now assess the quality of everything in this world class hightech city of Greater Noida.
OVER AND ABOVE ANOTHER SHARP BLOW OF TOLL TAX ON EXPRESS WAY WHICH WAS ALREADY A PART OF THIS HIGHTECH CITY.
It appears that in stead of doing something better for the poor residents of this town, the Govt. ajencies are bent upon to compel them to desert Greater Noida.
EK AUR TOHFA FOR CITIZENS OF BOTH CITY APART FROM KAMARTOD MAHAGAI OF UPA GOVERNMENT.
I dont think anyone should be problem by paying Toll Tax, after all it is going to be used for maintenance of the road , on you would be travellying.I wont mind to pay tax for a safe and secure road and travel on same rather than travelling on roads full of dark and drain holes are uncovered.what do you say...!
I do not mind paying toll tax. But 100 % security should be ensured for commuters round the clock. In case of accidents, immediate medical help should be ensured.
Its completely illogical of leving toll tax on that road....I am residing in Sector 93A, which is hardly 2-3 kms from MahaMaya Flyover, with my family of 4 persons and all of us are working and all of us makes to and fro from Sector 93A to Noida and Delhi atleast 4 times a day. Now with this toll tax getting levied it would mean that we would have to pay toll tax 16 times (with 4 persons in my family) in one single day, which is like exhorbitant.....
WHY SHOULD THE PEOPLE LIKE US WHO ARE RESIDING IN SECTORS LIKE 93A & 80 (which is big residential area) should suffer....If the toll tax for Greater Noida had to be levied, then atleast people like us should be spared free from this tax as we are putting up so close to the Maha Maya Flyover and being an residential area it is obvoius that we would have only that road to go to Delhi and Noida (for work and other purpose) and we would have to pass so many times and it is insane of paying so much tax in one single working day....FIRST OF ALL THIS TAX SHOULD NOT BE LEVIED ALL TOGETHER BUT IF THERE IS ANY COMPULSION/REQUIREMENT THEN THIS TAX SHOULD BE FOR THOSE PEOLPLE WHO ARE USING THE STRETCH FOR GOING TO GREATER NOIDA AND ATLEAST NOT FOR PEOPLE LIKE US WHO ARE PUTTING UP IN SO CLOSE SECTORS (93A) from MahaMaya Flyover, where in we have only one single road for commuting for work and for personal usages.....
Toll tax on Roads anywhere is justified by saying that it will be utilised for paying back the expences incuured by builder to construct that and in future for maintenence of it. at the same time while taxing on income it is said major chunk of it goes to build infrastructure of the country e.g Roads, bridges, rails etc.
so their is dual taxing on a person paying income tax, and for those who do often avoid paying income tax it is justified to collect toll tax.
my suggestion is that there should be a common toll tax card like cridit cards attached with a vehicle with its comlete informations e.g. engine no, chasis no, registration no rather a complete electronic vehicle registration card which be attached with a vehicle permanently and electronic sensers placed at all entries of such expressways will record the use of the road by that vehicle, and uses charges be cleared once in a month, or may made prepaid with some discount, and at end of the financial year a income tax rebate should be given to income tax payer against the toll tax paid throught the year.
This will solve many problem like rush & hassle at toll bridges and redue the cost of toll bridge operation and will also justify the pay and use system of modern road maintenence for those also who do not pay any income tax by hiding their income and rush the big SUVs on such roads and even avoid paying toll taxes by mussle power or displaying some Political Party flag.
Also tracking the vehicle will also help the local police in tracking the criminals.
please first must think all corner of toll tax if they are favorable to human being then implement otherwise not.please make positive dissension.

I want to pay Toll Tax . Jin logo ka wo jagah le hai une bhi har saal muvaza ke rup mai samil kiya jaya to.
noida sari jagah building bani hai yadhi un sab mai local logo ko samil keya jaya to noida authority ke ye mang sahi hai.
Noida-Gr. Noida Expressway will be used for the Common Wealth Games for the Cycling events and both side will be redone before the games for which the funds will be provided by CWG. After this what is the sense in putting toll tax on the expressway as it wont require any repairs for a few years.
this will not good for all of persons because this is only one stand where greator noida comes with noida,both cities are complete with each other
THIS WILL BE NOT GOOD FOR BOTH OF CITIES NOIDA & GREATOR NOIDA,THEY ARE COMPLETE WITH EACH OTHER.
I think its required but I am bit worried that this will slow down the growth of Greater Noida. People will recommend to have housing at Noida instead of Greater Noida. It will work as a "Negative aspect" for Greater Noida and people will consider their other preferences instead of Greater Noida. Authority must wait little more...... as its too early.
If Toll is levied on the GNODIA-NOIDA Expressway,then the responsibility of maitaining the same will be of Authority.Strict enforcement of traffic rules,manitanence of lights and the carriage way will be possible and for any negligence NOIDA and GNOIA Authority will be answerable.
