I BELIEVE A CASINO IN FLINT WOULD BE A GREAT SERVICE IF THEY PAY $2,500,000.00 PER YEAR TO THE CITY WE COULD BRING ALL THE POLICE BACK THAT WERE LAID OFF, PLUS ADD MORE TO CLEAN THIS TOWN UP....PLUS IT WILL ADD 700 JOBS.....JUST MAKE SURE THE CASINO {IN WRITING} CAN ONLY HIRE FROM FLINT CITY AND TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS.....IT WILL BE AN ATTRACTION THAT WILL HELP HOTELS, RESTURANTS IN THE AREA...WE NEED THIS...BRING IT ON!!!

just let them install slots at the racetracks. people would not have to travel up north and people south of flint would not have to travel as far.

That's all flint needs, another vacuum sucking the life blood of city residents. If people want to gamble, let them go out of town. We won't have enough police for the city as it is.

I think a casino in Flint would be a great idea. I know tons of people who make the trip to Mount Pleasant and Detroit every weekend. It would create jobs, be a source of entertainment, and maybe attract people from across the region that might instead travel to other casinos and spend (lose) their money.
