Should state legislators ban texting while driving?
Yes. It’s very dangerous behavior.
Yes. They should ban talking on the phone while driving as well.
Only if they make sure officers don’t abuse their power and invade drivers’ privacy.
No. It’s an infringement on civil liberties.
