Yes. It seems the U.S. is finally treating this like a war. Give Gen. McChrystal what he needs -- I'm encouraged.

Not sure, but it appears that U.S. and NATO forces -- along with Pakistan -- are gaining the upper-hand.

No. While the latest offensive is encouraging, Obama's still not fully committed -- I'm pessimistic.
