I thought the ad was confusing; it seemed to attempt irony, but I gotta say, if they were trying to reach the "not so smart" part of the crowd who watches the SB, they completely missed the boat. They seemed to be making fun of either the Census Bureau/Govt folks and/or Advertising Agency folks, but either way, it was confusing, unfunny, and the average Joe would not likely get whatever fuzzy point they were trying to make. HUGE waste of OUR money. A straightforward PSA would have been much more (cost) effective.
