If the Mr. Fidler owns the land and he is a farmer then he should be allowed to decide if he how much land he wants to farm on and how much he wants to live on. Had he filed the paperwork and paid all the MONEY that is wanted then there wouldn't be a problem. I think folks are mad because they didn't get any money out of him to change HIS land.
