What’s your worst asthma trigger?

Air pollution. It always affects my lungs.

Cold or flu. A virus is sure to cause trouble.

Exercise. I have to hit the inhaler before hitting the gym.

Pets. I can’t be in the room with a cat/dog.

Pollen. I’m miserable in spring/fall.

Weather. Whether hot or cold, a change can set me off.
