I'm with Henderson, i believe this is just another way to add some more taxes, and i don't think it is all that necessary. the city could spend that money on something more useful than wind turbines on the thruway, let's be real.

No Turbines, enough money is used on thruway for n.y.s. Taxes. If they do watch your Tolls go up again?
put up the wnnd mills if the co dont want them how did let build a house next to the runway sel the co home and the airport and thing else mabey we might get a airshow or skydivers
