JHB, don't you think that's a little harsh on Mary J., after all the other guest judges weren't exactly pillars of graciousness either. They also laughed at contestants and made rude and unnecessary comments. At least she made me laugh.

Mary J Blige was not only rude, she was very unprofessional. Evidently, she forgot that she was a "guest" judge. She seemed to relish laughing at the contestants and doing everything she could to make them feel uncomfortable. She provided nothing in the way of constructive criticism. Quite frankly, I was shocked at her behavior. She simply added nothing of value to that show. She may have talent, but Mary J Blige has no class at all. She behaved like street trash. Quite boring.
Victoria Beckham, on the other hand -- shocked me, too! I expected her to be the trashy diva, but she was awesome! She was professional, very kind to the contestants, offered heartfelt criticism, and was a great judge. I'd love to see her come back again. She was very endearing. A class act all the way!
Karen is a terrific judge, too. Glad to see her back this year. I enjoy her very much.
Randy is growing on me. In fact, I can tell he really looks hard at the contestants and searches for talent that may be hidden and just not yet tapped into. He's very likeable.
Simon is.... well, Simon. He makes for nice eye candy, and he has the charming British accent, but he needs to dump the T-shirts. He's getting too old for them. He should consult with a stylist/ designer/ or whatever they have on board there at AI.
