Ever heard of a guy called Muttiah Muralitharan?? He's not even mentioned here! And Thisara Perera?!!? Seriously!??! He's still a baby!! For me it's Murali all the way. There should not even be an argument. Sanath 2nd and Aravinda 3rd.

Even though both of them are great players, Dilshan is better than Sanath. Bcoz Dili start the inning aggressively and once he reach 30-40, he continues to 100+. On the other hand Sanath too start it with aggressive manner but most of the time do not continue. So these days big innings are the secret of win..........So Dili is better than Sana.......

yeah Dilly boy is a good player too, but he is no way near Sana...
plus no player can will ever compared to Sana....
he's the only player has 10,000+ runs (13428, ranking at worlds no 2 behind Tendulkar)
with 300+ wickets (ranking at worlds no 9)
these figures cannot be beaten for years, he's the best all round player in the world an the best player sri lanka has ever got!

In this session TM Dilshan plays well better than all our srilankan players.
for captain ship better to sanga... we agree that. because he is one of experience
player....
but
we do not know why srilankan cricket board have Sanath till....?????
once a time he played well... his age is ok now to leave from cricket.
He destroy his image himself.isnt it????
at any cost srilanka will win the next world cup...

Sanath is the best in the business he made our country so much proud,no one can come to that standard,he is a legend for me,bt he its time for him to leave,whoever comes in to play we cant compare sanath with him..........................

1st sanath,, cz he is a legendary player,, bt nw dilshan , Sanga, methiws,& mahela.. they hv become a super stars in sri lanka.
