Fox news is just plain dishonest. 20% news and 80% opinion. They allow false innuendos and rabble rousing extremists to go unchallenged for the most part, and in fact encourage dangerous inflammotory behavior, often by lies or just plain disrespect for all mankind that differs from them.
. And by encouraging people to take the law into their own hands, they have much blood on their hands. They railed against healthcare reform 24/7, and allow the bold faced lies of their "news"contributors nearly always go unchallenged. Fox doesn't promote news too much, but they do promote hatred and inclusivenes, as well as divison. Even today their "news" stories focus on old recycled slander, and when they are called out on their lies, they never apologize, nor set the record straight.
NPR is what Fox News wishes it could be, "Fair and Balanced."
I would never buy a car from "Honest Ed's Car Lot" nor will I eat at "Mom's Kitchen" (Mom wasn't a very good cook anyway), nor will I watch a network that says it is "Fair and Balanced."
There must be a reason why they continually remind people they are "Fair and Balanced." It is so easy to forget.

I noticed that Mr Rudin forgot to put 'fascist' in there, these days you have to remember that, according to the historical experts of the conservative brain-o-sphere... communism and fascism are really the same thing. So I came up with this, I think it has a nice ring to it.

NPR is a mixed bag. If you listen to On-Point and Diane Rehm you're about ready to pick up the hammer and sickle on behalf of the motherland. But Morning Edition and All Things Considered are some of the most diverse, thorough and amazing news shows of any medium ever.

I'm surprised the waterboarding selection hasn't gotten more votes. It's okay to call torture torture, even when we do it.

I wish it would show what people filled in for "Other"! I feel that other people must be aware that you guys are an organization that promotes the policy of eating the babies of the poor as an alternative food source.
