I think it will be Rose and Bernard, because they seemed to be displaying true love, not caring about what will happen, but happy to be together. Perhaps Jack will find their bodies (if they die), and place the stones on them or just give them the stones, realising the significance.

In my opinion It's Locke and Helen. Think aboiut it it's simple. The white and black stones Locke gets from the bodies are in a loop. Locke is one of the bodies that he himself got the stones from. Each time Locke dies in the caves and the new Locke arrives to pick up the stones with which he will once again die on the same spot

Maybe I'm alone in this, but I don't care so much about Adam and Eve. To my mind, there are far more interesting mysteries to be answered. Adam and Eve served to show that there were other people on the island. They could be anybody - Dharma, Others, Black Rock people. I don't think it matters so much at this point.
