We need possibility to save files(books) position in folders.

leland, I am afraid this is not possible in case of LRF viewer. In case of epub files, this hack http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66102 is already included in PRS+, you can define your own styles in file (it doesn't exist by default):
/database/system/PRSPlus/epub/style.css (inner memory)
pls implement more FONT SIZES and/or a fallback/override to a DEFAULT SIZE (eg a file has a too large font assigned, even with the smallest setting)

This ongoing work is much appreciated... you (and the other contributors) have enabled me to use my 505 in the way I originally hoped for... a genuine library in my pocket. No need to make choices in advance, choose when (and wherever) I want to read rather than before I leave the house.
