State mandates on towns without funding are irresponsible. Special ed funding should be by the state, many town budgets are in seriuos trouble because of these mandates. Rep. Bradley should spend more time helping his towns get the needed funds than earning all that extra money in his law practice. Why not just resign if your vote is only going to mimic what the house speaker wants?
