    因为我喜欢kobe,没有原因,乔丹是历史,我不喜欢用历史来说现状。

MJ, no contest! MJ made clutch shot after clutch shot during playoffs and finals! Furthermore, most of MJ shots weren't last second in-bound shots like Kobe's. MJ gets the ball with plenty of time for defenses to react and yet he still managed to knock them down time and time again. I'm not saying Kobe isn't capable, but he's been hitting quick shots without time to think. When Kobe starts to knock down game winning shots in the playoffs and finals with ball in his hands for more than 10 seconds, I'll reconsider my assessment. Enough said!

    MJ,always

By comparing with Micheal Jordan and Kobe Bryant, I reallized that these two guys are almost the same: height, position, good looking face, and of course, the NO1 in the league.they both can shoot very well, and they both can be very calm and cool at the rush time, however, after 3 big shots in 27 days, I think that Kobe Bryant may be a little more lucky than Micheal jordan, you know, I used to think that Kobe may lost one or two shots, but he surprised me again and again and again from the heats to the bucks and the kings.that's right, I trust him more than Micheal Jordan now, he has proved that he can do it, and the god is with him everytime when he need to do it.

Kobe. At their peaks, both players are on a par in terms of focus, will and ice water in their veins, but Kobe is a little bit better as a shooter.

  • dekas - 14 years ago

if i'm the coach,i would choose kobe, because we don't have any killers except older fisher in lakers.
we all know that chicago bulls players have big heart, like pippe,Kerr etc.

  • Andy - 14 years ago

i will choose kobe,he is a real killer as black manba

  • renatobulaon - 14 years ago

If it's a 2-second or less situation, it should be KB. he has a better shooting form in a catch-and-shoot situation than MJ. MJ is best in dominating the ball before taking a shot.

  • SWFla - 14 years ago

Please, you Laker fans must be high. When has Kobe EVER hit a big shot in a playoff game of consequence? He was part of Shaq's team when he won his first three titles and played against an inexperienced Magic team last year that would never have beat the Celtics with KG playing.

Which brings me to Kobe against the C's in 2007. E-M-B-A-R-R-A-S-S-I-N-G!!!!

Two things about Kobe and the Lakers that would never be said about MJ and his Bulls - Kobe is a phony, and the Lakers are SOFT!!!

  • Stan Johnson - 14 years ago

    Kobe is a pure shooter.

  • Bobby - 14 years ago

I'm one of the biggest lakers fans around but I'm gonna have to go with MJ only because he's the greatest to ever play the game but the black mamba is #2 and to the retard that said Kobe lick balls is either a stupid celtics fan or just doesn't know shit about basketball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • cess - 14 years ago

kobe. just because he believes in his heart he WILL make it. and he sure can WILL the ball to the hoop.

  • Sam - 14 years ago

I live out West, but watched almost every Bulls game back then. I would give the edge to MJ. He was a little mentally tougher & intimidated.
opponents a little more. Kobe is great, and is beginning to mature to make his teammates better. I think it was good that Shaq left so Kobe could be the top dog. In the end, MJ wrote the book on how to finish, Kobe is the best @ following MJ. I am. Laker and big Phil fan, but Laker fans come on. MJ is still better.

  • Toks - 14 years ago

All I got to say is Kobe isn't done yet, he's still writing his legacy...so, as far as who's going to take the last shot? You cant go wrong with either of them!

  • michael - 14 years ago

Ok Jordan scored 51 points at age 38. Then he scored 43 points at age 40. kobe just got his first MVP award in 2008. Jordan has 5 of those, 6 championships, like 10 straight scoring titles. The NBA was a whole lot more physical in the 80s and 90s. Kobe has nothing on Jordan. So i would chose Jordan.

  • Jim Jones - 14 years ago

And another thing....for everyone discounting the defense and level of players in the 80s and 90s...back then players were allowed to hand check and defense was all about being physical....nowadays every player takes flops or doesnt try to block dunks because they dont want to get posterized. Like I've always said..Kobe is a great player...but Michael was ahead of his time. MJ wrote the blueprint, Kobe is just following better than everyone else.

  • Jim Jones - 14 years ago

MJ all the way. Kobe hits clutch shots in games that are meaningless....but MJ hit them to win playoff games and championships...it shouldnt even be a Kobe vs Michael debate if we're talking Game 7s and playoffs...a better/harder choice would be Michael or Robert Horry taking the game winning shot.

  • Blu - 14 years ago

Kobe Bryant would be taking the last shot. Jordan hasn't seen real defense. I wonder how he would do against the Celtics. Back then Jordan had one man coverage on him. Nowdays in the NBA, the game on the line, JORDAN WOULD BE DOUBLE TEAMED. He wouldnt b as effective as he was back in his era. Oh, n Bill Russell is the greatest in basketball, not ur daddy Jordan. Jordan kinda brought in a new kind of game. But he was playing amongst a bunch of white boys n alot of ppl who didn't want to face him. Nowdays, you think kevin Garnett would let Jordan dunk on him all day? You think Shaq would let that happen? Josh smith? Jordan was great in his era, no doubt. But do not confuse yourself with this one. NBA players are way better nowdays. There r some many guys to mention...from kobe, wade, dirk, deron williams, chris paul, lebron james, carmelo, steve nash, amare, derrick rose, joe johnson, gilbert....monte elis...come on... the list goes on n on.

Anyway kobe would take the last shot. He can make it from anywhere from halfcourt. even beyond.

  • Steve - 14 years ago

Kobe fans are losing their minds - you HAVE to pick Jordan.

  • basketball fan - 14 years ago

I am from LA and a big Lakers and Kobe fan, but am a bigger basketball fan. As good as Kobe is when it comes to clutch, I still think MJ is better at it. Don't be stupid and base it on their age, of course MJ is older. MJ at Kobe's age right now is a nightmare for anyone to guard in crunch time, considering how they don't call touch fouls back then. MJ no question.

  • boner - 14 years ago

how old is MJ? I'd take Kobe in a heartbeat

  • paulo - 14 years ago

Michael Jordan anytime over kobe, anybody know that the only reason they say kobe It`s because they are laker fans, but MJ in his prime would fly and dunk all around kobe all day long!! don`t talk nonsense please! Remenber Aerial Attack SUPERMAN,BATMAN AND RODMAN. 23 33 91 back in the day EVERYBODY wanna be Like MIKE!!!!!

  • mike - 14 years ago

It would be Kobe because Kobe can get off shots regardless of where he is on the floor and how well defended he is by the opposition. Look at his recent buzzer beater against the Miami Heat. Wade guarded Kobe as well as anyone can and yet Kobe still made the shot. I really don't think MJ could have made that shot because his range is more limited.

  • M - 14 years ago

(cont.) Therefore, I would have to go with MJ because I need the two points and he would get it with the shot or free-throws after the whistle is blown on a real or tick-e-tack foul;)

  • m - 14 years ago

My heart says Kobe Bryant, however Michael Jordan would get the call if it is remotely close to a foul.

  • Junior - 14 years ago

As a Laker fan I would say Kobe no doubt. Really though you couldn't go wrong with either one. If both were on the same team in the game 7 situation, you would have to flip a coin to see who gets the shot because both would demand the last shot. Either way you gonna win the championship.

I will say this; Kobe can get off any shot he wants. In today's game the zone defense allows double triple quadrouple teams anywhere on the floor. Back when Jordan played you couldn't defend like that so if that push off he got on Russell might have been a double team forced him to pass which in jordans credit probably wouldve found the open man who wouldve made it anyway.

  • Ralphy - 14 years ago

Kobe is a better shooter than MJ!!!! Kobe hands down!!!

  • CMartell - 14 years ago

I have to agree with Zein.

Some of MJ's best last second shots were made guys with initial JP, SK, BJA and CH. The big shot that I remember from Jordan was when he pushed down some stiff from Utah and made a basket...big whoooop.

Some of Kobe's best shots were made by RH, RF and DF.

The stone cold killer with the smiling face was Magic Johnson who made the biggest shot ever (think junior sky hook) and could really do anything on the basketball court including being the best leader on the court....ever.

  • AR - 14 years ago

This poll doesnot mean anything because it is totally biased. For the real result this poll need to be taken by, let say, CNN, NBC, or NBA website. However, I definitely without any doubt always go with MJ.

  • El mexican - 14 years ago

this is what i think... MJ befor and kobe later...it is so true.. there not that many good players to compete with or to guard MJ back then...as for kobe there's a big list of many guards and good players he competes with everyday.. they are much athletic and way younger than him...i'd say there are atleast 5 to compete with and 5 good guards that can really slow him down off an on..as for MJ the list was way shorter... that's my opinion... so in kobes time i'll go with kobe and in MJ's i'll go with MJ... NOW.. if we had both of this players playing today .. we would have to see how good MJ jordan would be against all this good players from todays game...kobe playing in MJ'S time they both would be great but kobe would be greater believe it or not!!

  • Beerman - 14 years ago

Who takes the last shot: Kobe or MJ? I certainly couldn’t guard them but I would give MJ some room, keep him from driving to the right and pray that he misses a long range jump shot. As for Kobe, you really don't have a prayer. The dude can score from anywhere and is a better shooter from deep and, in my opinion, is as good as Jordon at driving the lane and shooting the mid-range jumper. On top of that he can shoot with either hand (Jordon hardly ever drove or shot with his left); I guess he didn’t have to :-). I just believe Kobe's offensive game is more potent (87 points in a closely contested game game) and diverse plus he has better ball handling skills than Jordon. Being one or two inches taller than MJ doesn’t hurt either.

  • weinst - 14 years ago

You cannot be serious. My grandmother from the old-country could answer this one. Clearly MJ. And for anyone who thinks MJ is not the one I suggest looking at his last shot for the Bulls in Utah against the Jazz in the playoffs. He didn't know it was going in? Everybody in the stadium knew it was going in. He had to be around the key? Look where the shot was from.

  • charles j trahan - 14 years ago

I would let Kobe have the last shot because as Phil Jackson said Kobe is a better shooter than Michael. But Michael goes to the rim or maybe inside game a little better. Maybe the ref would call foul. In those days you could not touch MJ without a foul being called.

  • PapaVito - 14 years ago

Kobe, because he would take the shot even if he didn't think he could make it. Jordan would only take the shot if he was certain he could make it. Jordan was all about his image.

  • Scot - 14 years ago

MJ takes the last shot, hands down. MJ has more experience, skills, killer instinct, etc. Kobe is great but he's not as great as MJ was. . . .yet.

  • maxximo - 14 years ago

I would have MJ taking the last shot.

Reason: I love the Lakers and I have seen Kobe turning the ball over time after time. Don't get me wrong...the guy is great but sometimes shows no cruise control of himself. :)

  • David Schuringa - 14 years ago

Well, wouldn't Jordan be a little too old by this time? ;o)

  • Al Gonsoowski - 14 years ago

I would put the ball in Michael's hands. The ball and his hands are one. Foul Michael at the top of the key and he still has "continuous motion" to release the ball. He can go up, under or over what ever is between he and the basket. That's why -- in stated scenario -- Michael will deliver a championship.

  • zein - 14 years ago

really tough to chose between the two ,two great players , the only way to choose is to be bias and cause i am a kobe and a lakers fan i chose kobe bryant . but the poll was about which player of any era would you pick i would take the magic man , earvin magic johnson , my favorite clutch player of all time . thanks

  • Doug - 14 years ago

Both KB and MJ are great, but Kobe faces more athletic and better players today. Magic and Larry Bird were not longer playing at the same level as in the 1980s. Barkley, Malone, Stockton, Ewing and others were not as great as those players and teams of the 1980s. The only comparable player was Hakeem the Dream, but he did not have a good team to compete with the Bulls. Today we have Lebron, Wade, Carmelo and a very good Celtic Team lead by KG, these players are athletic and have better teams. MJ was by himself in his time, athletically and mentally (killer instinct). Also,Kobe has a more diverse shot selection. At the end. both players can take the final shot, but I give the edge to Kobe.

  • Lee - 14 years ago

Second thoughts! Kobe, because he is the only one on the planet, who KNOWS it is going in, even before the ball is inbounded! Mamba may be the greatest clutch player ever.

  • Lee - 14 years ago

This is a really difficult call to make. I am ABSOLUTELY the biggest Kobe fan alive! However, I think shot selection would be the defining factor. I we are ONLY down by 1, I go with Jordan, because he would attack arounbd the key even if he missed or "pushes off", he would more likely get a call or pass from the officials when contested. Refs would not be so kind to Kobe given an equal court situation. That said if we are down by 2, I'm going with Kobe. He has far more range than Jordan.

  • Michael - 14 years ago

I would have Kobe take the shot. He is the best clutch shooter in the history of the game. MJ is the best shooting guard to play with Kobe being number 2. The difference between Kobe and MJ at this point is MJ lead teams had a killer instinct and opponents feared him more.

  • wyl@work - 14 years ago

because he makes bad shot after bad shot..

  • chuckp - 14 years ago

I think defenders would be more intimidated by MJ than by KB.
