I think innocent is the best asumption based on any real hard evidence. While their may very well be lies being told. I doubt anyone can be except to tell whole truth or even the objective truth. When it comes to honesty, people will tell the truth as they see it. Not how perhaps a god would if indeed their is one. Not even us, the truth wizards, are perfect at this. I do believe without any hard evidence linking her to the murder if there even was one, which they couldn't even prove, then no. Besides, statistically speaking, it's would be one's best bet to presumpt innocence.
I don't believe in ability in law enforcement nor especially the prescution to be able to do this in a just manner. The prescutor needs votes, and the type of person that is typically attracted to law enforcement, unfortunately tends to be those who want to control others. I believe that the American Constitution as it was before the Patriot Act was perhaps one truely beautiful qualites that America possesses. I think this needs to be return to it's former glory and I am thankful for the good sense of this jury, that they would not lynch her just because she is may seem of unsound or different from the norm. A good example, The Fury was a terrific movie that exams this lynch mob mentality. Even How to kill mockingbird would in my mind, provide a good idea of what I am talking about.

A drug and booze fueled sex party is "Pure Fantasy" and was never proven. It is just too convenient and out of character for a girl who would have MUCH rather stayed in bed, who had no history of violence, and no history of girl on girl sex. Its pure Bull shit.

I voted "guilty" but I'm not totally sure that's the right answer. I would say she is "involved" or "complicit" almost for certain, but I am not certain she is guilty.
