Naw wat I meant was that it seems that ECW is now for superstars who ain't pulling on either Raw or sd! and then u r a superstar and u r on ecw if u good enough they put u on raw or smackdown! much like they did evan bourne Kofi kingston, cm punk, sheamus....etc! Let me bring out another point william regal is still a nobody and look were he is at! along with vladimir kozlov

ECW should change it's name. @Isaiah- What do you mean ECW talent isn't getting over on RAW or SD? How about CM Punk? Sheamus? Evan Bourne? Jack Swagger? John Morrison? (sure he debuted on SD! and was also on RAW but he got his name and found his gimmick in ECW) ECW should stay... it's a great way to introduce superstars, put them in front of the real crowds and see what there made of. It just shouldn't be called ECW

I know that this dosn't have anythong to do with the poll, but is totally true the Umaga died from to heart attacks......Man what holiday gift he leaves for his family.....but on the poll side I really think that ECW the land of the extreme was the stuff back in the day but now it seems that the WWE just don't kno what to do with the talent! I mean HELL it seems thy ECW for superstars who arn't getting over with the fans on Smackdown or RAW!

Leave it the way it is. Anyone who is familiar with the original ECW knows this is a different product altogether, and those people should get over the fact they share the same 3-letter acronym. All that aside, ECW is -- in my opinion -- STILL the best hour of weekly wrestling programming produced by WWE.

but las thats what ecw is now besides from shelton and chriten the rest are rookies so yeah so its a rookie show and they have hardcore matches anymore so why call it ecw. but they will have to make up another belt

I really have no idea why anyone would want the show to feature only rookie talent. How is new talent going to get over without jobbers like Finlay, Goldust, Regal, etc. Plus, the ECW belt is a good way for recirculating midcarders who are in career down cycles, and then they can feud with the more promising prospects.

Umaga will always be one of the greatest superstars ever...and is a definite future hall of famer...it is very sad to hear he has passed away...he will definitely be missed by everyone...R.I.P UMAGA!!!

I voted change the name. Why not WCW. ECW before and now are diffrent. There would be less a fuzz if it was WCW. I didn't care but I understand ECW's Lagecy is important aand WWE crushed ECW. So bring in WCW.
